INTRODUCTION Today job market has become ultra competitive due to the increasing complexity of the requirements needed to fulfil the corporate job roles which have also diversified over time. In order to make sure that one's personal development and capacity for future employability is at maximum possible level, a comprehensive all around development is necessary. This report will focus on the through personal development that occurs when people are subjected to a comprehensive mini-projects workshops which provides them with various documents and tools which fasten their progress of continuous self and group learning and a direct impact on their professional and academic life. TASK Summary The mini projects workshop has been very beneficial when it comers to my personal learning and development as it contained a variety of documents, analysis and tools which helped me identify, process and implement a through professional learning framework in my personal and professional life which is bound to assist me in the future. I was taught how to conduct a thorough self analysis in order to identify my personal skills and competencies which is the first step towards progressing towards any relevant career goal. This practice also helped me identify some key competencies that I do not possess which is also a major initial step one must take to outline their personal development plans. Apart from that, I was also made to read a variety of boos of different domains and fields which helped broader my knowledge on a variety of subjects and I was also asked to maintain a writing log of the same which also improved my writing and reflective skills which also have value in today's corporate job market. The workshop also taught me that simply identifying my personal weaknesses is not enough and I must learn to set goals with effectiveness to mitigated these problems in a time bound manner with the help of SMART framework which was very helpful to me. This framework allows goals to be Specific,
Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time bound which helped to set forth a detailed career action plan which was a 5 minute worth quick summarization of my future plans which also helped me gain clarity regarding my future growth aspirations. This was later supplemented by me being taught to develop a comprehensive career development plan which included both my current and long term aspirations as one must have a clear career oriented vision to succeed in life. The workshop was also very helpful in teaching me some key universal skills which help people to gain employment and perform with robust productivity across multiple job positions and domains such as teamwork and time management. I was made to participate in various teamwork activities and my contribution and details of my work were also highlighted for the purpose of self reflection and some tasks that I performed were also recorded with the help of a watch which directly helped me in time management. The mini workshop also helped in gaining some practical skills which helps secure high profile jobs by impressing the recruiters such as drafting of a proper cover letter which showcases my seriousness as a candidate and professional while also giving a brief overview of m skills and competencies without making people go through my entire CV. I was also equipped with the knowledge of how to write and respond to career consent forms which is also something that helped enrich my knowledge regarding the various documentations that one has to go through in the professional job market. The following documents will be included in this report to showcase the various developmental assets and documents that I was subjected to showcase my learnings from this workshop as valid evidences. This career action plan was very beneficial in helping me chart out the best possible way to go about developing opportunities to work in my field of interest in the simplest way possible. All the goals so formed in this document were within the constraints of the SMART framework which made sure that the goals and practises which I enlisted were all ready to be achieved in a time bound manner. This SMART action plan detailed the steps which I will need to secure a job position in the field of finance in the future which I am interested in as it detailed the steps which I need to take in order to get in touch with a career consultant or example. The plan also included the identification of key skills needed in the field of finance and also details the processes need to eventually reach full proficiency in such skills. Leadership Test This evaluation was also very helpful for e as it helped me identify the various styles of leadership that my behaviours and thought processes give the impression of and the styles which which while being developed well still have room left for further optimization. CONCLUSION The above report went into detail regarding the various learnings that mini workshops subject onto people which participate in it which also results in comprehensive development from various aspects. The report included a brief summary wherein all the learnings which happened during the entire course of the workshop such as time management proficiency, learning self analysis and the process of SMART goal setting. The report also included the critical analysis of learning and development through 12 critical evidences which included the likes of cover letter, time management worksheet and personal skill assessment sheet. It was ultimately concluded from this report that in order to develop a comprehensive personal development framework, mini workshops are often times, very important as they encourage all around development.
