My Strengths
My strength is my written communication skills which helps me to convey my message to others.
Areas I need to develop
Oral communication is the area which I require to develop as I am lack in this.
Opportunities I have
The opportunity which I have that I attend meeting which deliver various chance to improve my weakness.
Challenges I might face
I may face challenge of communicating my
message to my other team members and this
limit me to build relationship with them.

STAGE 2 - MY GOALS
What do I want to learn?
I want to command on skills of communication like I want to overcome my fear of public speaking.
What do I have to do?
I should start talking to my team members more and participate in my meeting discussions.
Who and what can help me?
My team members as well as my friends will assist me overcoming my weakness.
How will I know if I am successful?
When I will be able to develop my own web application and app that was the time I will become successful.
Target date
My target date will be 01-05-2021 as I am learning both these
languages simultaneously.
