I will have to assess the psychology of all my colleagues in the workplace
properly. This will enable me to know about their likes and dislikes properly

them effectively as well. I have to make them understand that I will lead
them to according to the situations that occur to me. This will help me to
guide them in the best ways (Northouse 2018).

I will also have to make sure that the employees must be able to
understand my leadership style and follow me for the betterment in their
professional careers. The employee engagement will be my first priority
always (Northouse 2018).

I will make it clear that I can be strict sometimes if the employees are
not much serious about their works.

The leadership theories are very important for providing the proper
guidance to the employees in the organizations (Thompson and Glasø
2015).

. I will always direct my employees to work as per the situation in the
organization. This will surely be helpful for them to work under certain
scenarios indeed. The organization would be largely benefitted if I apply
these theories like the situational theory and contingency theory of
leadership in order to be successful (Giltinane 2013).
