Along with the satisfaction of various needs it also enhances various skills like communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, adaptability skills and leadership skills which are important for each and every individual for the effective performance. It clarifies the personal vision so that I can establish my targets to be achieved within a prescribed time period. Personal learning and development help in motivating an individual so that they can improve their performances by enhancing their confidence and knowledge about their respective field. It added values in the life which helps in identification of potentials which are required for the fulfilment of objectives. Personal learning and development also help me in overcoming the problems and challenges which can affect the performance. 1.2 Identification of the transferable skills I have already developed by attending this module Transferable skills refer to the expertise which can be used by an individual in various fields to perform activities which help them in growth and development(Bachikand Kitzman, 2020). Transferable skills which I have developed with the help of this module helps me in achievement of goals and objectives in effective manner. There are various skills such as problem solving, leadership, team work, critical thinking and communication. I can use these skills in various different projects because they are easily transferable and adaptable. These can also be identified as portable skills which I can use in different fields. It helped me in sharing knowledge and information from one person to another so that we can effectively achieve goals and objectives. It is easy to perform activities when all the group members contribute their efforts in particular direction. Transferable skills such as communication helps in maintaining better coordination among different people which results in improved performance. It helped me in enhancing my confidence and morale which develops my personality. Transferring skills helps in maintaining better relationship with the people who are working together to achieve common goals(Frenchand Eskridge, 2021). I have learnt various new things which will help me in performing operations in practical life. It enhanced the ability to work in ethical manner by following all the code of conducts which are necessary for the growth and development. I have developed these skills during my assignments and seminars which includes various activities like presentations and lectures. These skills assist in better understanding and performing tasks with perfection. I can create a stronger professional network with the help of communication and interpersonal skills. I my day to day and personal life, I have learned how to manage time and also enhanced by problem solving skills. I have to manage various tasks and activities within short period of time which can be only possible with the help of time management skills.
