Personal development refers to the training and the development programme which is
allowed the individual person to enhance the knowledge and skills for better career path
(Beasley, et.al 2021). It give assistance in satisfying the individual need and want. Also provide
support in upscaling the skills and knowledge of a person. The present report will examine the
personal learning and development as well as transferable skills.

Personal learning and development
Personal development consist of activities that identifies and develop individuals ability or
potential to deliver the facility of being employable, human capital as well as increase the scale
of better quality life. While I was attending the lectures I personally identifies that it play
essential role in day to day life. When I was attending the lecture, the speaker help me in
clarifying my doubt that is what to do in future. Due to the personal development, I have better
opportunity to enhance my skills as well as the personality. As this process for long period of
time it will give assistance in improving and managing my employability in the future too. It will
play crucial role in facing the forthcoming challenges (Duboust and Knight, 2018) . Along with I
have the opportunity to determine what ability I have that describe my strength for better
lifestyle and what are the weakness I need to focus on. my strength is I am confident enough to
take challenges and ability to lead the people in the future. Along with I complete my work on
time which is assigned to me.
I personally believe that I am self-motivated person who believes in ethical values and
enthusiastic to learn new things and acquire knowledge in appropriate manner. Beside this I am
capable to acquired my work life balance in appropriate manner. as I am the critical thinker I
can make fast decision for my personal as well as professional life and solve the issues of others
who are facing some sort or difficulty in completing the task. simultaneously I have ability to
make research which is also my weakness because it create lots of confusion in my mind as well
as I spend little bit of extra time in delivering the perfect data. For the future progress it is
important to develop this weakness otherwise it will create mess at the time of researching
process in any big multi- national organisation (Hill and Scott, 2019).

experience I determined my strength from the lecture and performing various activities. It is
essential element to analysis the proper skills and knowledge because it highlight the
employability as well as worthiness in the resume which create an impression on the interviewer
(Schultz, et.al 2019). The skills I have developed are mentioned as followed manner:
Creativity- I have ability to deliver the creative ides top the firm which enhance the
performance in the organisation. the creative idea deliver the best solution to the
organisation to treat the employees in satisfying manner. through the other curriculum
activity, I reorganised the creativity skills.
Leadership: I personally observe that I have the good leadership skill which will be
beneficial for the future. I good leader is the one who can manage all the function of the
organisation in appropriate style. As I am motivated person I have ability to empower the
employees as well as can support in future organization with all the collaboration and
direction (Illeris, 2018). It is essential to manage the association with full cooperation and
coordination which develop positive environment within the company.
Time management: the most essential task is to monitor the work on time and meet
deadline in job. Most of the time I can accomplish the task in quicker period of time and
it is demanding skills the recruiter asked for. I can complete work in smart manner rather
then hard work.

2021). By exploring the internet, I have developed this skill which will be worthy for me in the
