1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development, and the transferable skills 1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal learning and development Personal development is defined as a process of lifelong under which the people assess their skills and qualities a for the purpose of achieving the desired goals and objectives in order to realise and maximize the potential. It is essential for an individual to to settle the goals of life as it helps in employability prospects. I also develop some set of skills and goals so that I can really went leave work and make my career more effective. I would like to develop several skills within me which helps me in making my career in the marketing field. There are several skills with identified to have a necessary in a Marketing Executive Manager. I found that some of skills are already available in me which I gained during my academic studies. Along with the several of events have been no performed by me which also develop some skills which are really useful for my future. But some skills are not yet available within me but I would like to develop them as It will help me in making my career in a effective manner. For the same purpose I have to develop the language skills culture awareness skills along with the knowledge of relevant laws and legislation. 1.2 Identification of the transferable skills I have already developed by attending this module ï‚·Information technology:As it is well known that a technology is playing an important role in all the business operations as it make the business operation more easy as compared to manual process.
