1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development, and the transferable skills Personal development is a lifelong learning activity. It is a act for people to evaluate their talents and skills in order to set and achieve their goalsby utilizing and increasing their potential. It majorly contributes in success and satisfaction of an individual and self reflection can enhance my social and improvement in my skills and leanings. After conducting self reflection I can realise my capabilities which can assists me in developing myself into accomplishing my academic as well as professional goals by learning and performing. After practicing self reflection I feel more motivated and I can focus more on my leadership skills and it helped me in becoming better learner as it allows me to be more focused on how can I be good at learning and developing myself into it(Perry, Bridges and Burrow, 2021). Quality and will of regular learning is the key for me to adapt more skills and improve myself in order to achieve my goals and objectives. Moreover, it has helped me in building my self confidence and motivated me which has enabled me in making better decisions and I have stared getting positive results as I am able to do my complex task with confident which is boosting my self esteem too. 1.1Identificationandreflectiononmyapproachtopersonal learning and development In order to examine my internal skills by analyzing my strengths and weaknesses so that I can use my strength and abilities in order to grow myself and grab every possible opportunities which can enhance my skills but I need to improve my weaknesses and over come my threats (Manoukian, 2021). Most organisations requires at least basic understanding of IT to be successful in career. So This skill is very necessary to adapt for better career opportunities. If I can learn this skill then it will help me in doing all technical work by my own which is cost effective as I don't have to hire someone else to do that for me. It can also help in making me feel more confident in using upgrading technology and I can become more faster to finish my tasks. 5
Time Management-I have to develop my time management skills, which helps me in planning and balancing my work priorities specific time. It assist me in overcoming challenges and tight schedule by completing my task in given time frame. So, managing my target and deadlines helps me in growing in my organisation. If I am able to learn this skill then it will be very beneficial for me to maintain my work life balance. With better work life routine I can be for efficient an effective at achieving my goals. Time management essentially helps in achieving my goals in less time so that I can have more time with my family(Kapur, 2019).
