1.1Identificationandreflectiononmyapproachtopersonal learning and development Personal learning and development majorly focus on inward traits and find better ways to develop personality of an individual. It enhances self esteem, self awareness and motivate for fulfilment of all the aspirations which our desired by an individual. I have improved my talents, employability and potential which enhance productivity of overall operations so that I can achieve my goals and targets. It assists in grabbing different opportunities which are essential for better development and growth of overall personality(Abedian, Javadnoori and Maniati, 2022). Personal development adds values inactivities andoperations whicharecarriedby an individual so that positive outcomes can be achieved in effective manner. With the help of personal development and learning I have developed Number of skills which includes leadership skills, time management skills, active listening skills and decision making skills. Individual can set their limits by evaluating all the actions according to theirprioritiessothattheycancommenceoperationsinsmoothmanner. Performanceandproductivitycanbeeasilyimprovedbylearningnewthings according to the respective field of an individual so that they can perform in required manner. I have achieved more growth exposure with the help of enhancing my potentials and abilities in best possible manner. 1.2 Identification of the transferable skills I have already developed by attending this module Transferable skills can be learned and inherited from the environment of an individual during their academic sessions or from their workplace. These can be easily gained with the help of surroundings and development sessions according to the requirements and needs of job. I have learnt various things during my academic session so that I can easily compete with others for achievement of success. Some ofthetransferableskillslikecriticalthinking,problem-solving,teamworkand adaptability are help me in performing operations and business and management field(Beagon and Bowe, 2019). All these skills collectively help me in overcoming various difficulties and challenges that are faced by me at work place. It includes all the hard skills and soft skills which helps in developing better personality so that one can accomplish all the desired action in effective manner. I can take more risk with the help of these skills because I can work in crucial situation so that better profits can be achieved. All the challenges can be easily overcome by formulating plans andfindingbestalternativeswhichsuitthecriticalproblemssothatoverall organisation can generate higher revenues. Transferable skills are responsible in maintainingpeaceandharmonyatwork placesothatalltheemployeescan collectively contributetheirpositiveeffortsintheaccomplishmentoftasks and activities. It is important to focus on these skills as they maintain image of an individualatworkplacewhichisrequiredforgettingbetteropportunitiesand authorities. It helped me in becoming effective leader who can manage team of diversified employees at workplace so that we can collectively fulfil the requirements of an organisation. 2
1.3 Skills I would like todevelop during my academic studies, personal life and the workplace The potential of an individual in order to complete actions in best possible manner can be referred as skills. Skill assist person in commencing their operation by involving better amount of energy, time and potential so that they can grow their career. Proper execution of operations can be carried out when an individual knows how to perform activities which can provide them positive outcomes. During the academic session I have learnt about various different things which help me and my practical life. I have developed communication skills in context to verbal and written so that I can communicate my messages and information in appropriate manner. This clarifies all the thoughts of an individual at work place so that others can understand behaviour and nature in effective manner(De Araújo and et.al., 2020). I am also developed active listening skills so that I can enhance my knowledge by listening to others experience which helps me in performing operations. From my personal life I have analyzed various things which helps me at work place like problem-solving skills and decision making skills. With the assistance of these skills I can work at critical level so that organisation can make better profits out of it. I formulate plans and carry out a strategic decision for each and every activity so that I canmaintainbetteraccuracyinoperations.WorkplaceIhavehelpedmein enhancing my technical skills which are required for matching levels with current market trends. I can upgrade my activities in operations with involving advancements so that I can make better profitability.
