1.Introduction Personal development is basically a improvement activity which is used by many individual within institute for developing their own skills. The other developments which are made by personal development activity are individual's capabilities and potential, build human capital, enhance equality of life etc. But in aspect of professional development it is refers tocontinuingcareer and education trainingafter a person has entered the workforce in order toassistthem toimprove theskills, stay updated on currentcultureandalso advancing their career. The report will cover definition and concept of personal and professional development, discussion of the value of short term, medium-term and long term goals. It further covers the appendix of personal development plan (Akbaralievna, 2021). When each and every individual are developed both personally personally and professionally then definitely the success of all types of institutes or organization are highly increased. 2.Definition of the concept of personal and professional development As already discusses above personal development is a one king of activity which is made by individual himself for the self improvement. With help of self improvement each and every individual easily maintain stability in their personal life. Personal development is highly essential for keeping strong relations with various teachers and seniors for long time. But in professional development it is defined as a overall improvement of life in professional manner. Professional life is also defined as an combination of various activities continuing career training and educationafter a person has entered the work forcefor assistingthem for developing various new skills and stay updated on current trends and also for advancing their career. According to the concept of these two developments it is understood that both these elements are highly essential for securing the future of in long term. 3.Description and discussion of the value of short-term goals identifying at least 3 personal examples A short term goal is refer to that goal which is maintained by individual and institute for long term. In short term goal big changes are made by institute or organization in their services and goods. Due to making changes quickly individuals are easily attracted in large scale for learning and availing services. The other benefit of using short term goal is that the educational institutes easily enhanced their popularity in the minds of students quickly fort short duration. The examples of short term goals are keep monitoring, reading books, learning new language, developing good habit etc. But in other side sometimes short term goals plays negative impact for individual or students in academics. Therefore, due to 3
following short term goals the overall growth and developments of students in academics are not highly increased. Due to low productivityof instituteproper communicationand coordination between teachers and students are not sustained for long time. Due to low coordination conflict are raised between teacher and student for long time. 4.Description and discussion of the value of medium- term goals identifying at least 3 personal examples A medium term goal is defined as achieving positive output or result for medium duration. In this type of goal also many educational institutes maintain their popularity for short duration. A medium term goal is a desired output to be accomplished within few years. A medium-term goal are highly important for every institute because they are long enough to madeimportantprocesswhileshortenoughthattheirprioritiesandvaluewon'tbe dramatically different by time. The examples of medium-term goals are learning new skills, getting a new job, changing the career path, growing professional network and others. Due to the effective use of medium term goals, all types of academic institutes are easily enhanced the reach of their new courses in various locations to students in low time. In comparison with short term goals it is little much effective for sustaining the popularity of the institute effectively (Franke, Attig and Wessel, 2019). The main role of educational institute is to provide meaningful and reliable information to every individual and students for securing their future for long time. 5.Description and discussion of the value of long-term goals identifying at least 3 personal examples The long term goal is totally different from short and medium term goals and it is highly effective for all educational institutes in aspect of sustaining their popularity in long term. The long term goal is refer to something that want to accomplish in future. The long term is required high planning and time for enhancing the success rate of institute and their students at maximum level. Due to the effective use of various long term goals institute students are able to identify the strength and weakness of each and every students quickly. In long term goals students are able students and teachers are able to increase their potentiality, ability and knowledge within low time. The other advantage of long term goal is that here positive relationship are easily sustained between teachers and students for long time. The examples of long term goals are increasing emotional intelligence, strong decision making skills and others.As such,it can encourage students to develop critical thinking skills, new problem solving techniques, and a better understanding of how to overcome issues. 4

6.Description and discussion of the value of a Personal Development Plan The other name of personal development plan is PDP and it is basically defined as action plan which is used by every educational institute or individual for identifying their own strength and weakness. Due to the effective use of this plan every individual easily develop and improve their own skills and capabilities for conducting any type of task easily. According to this plan students easily secure their future for long time which is highly important for getting good and decent job (Gladding, 2019). In this plan the individual or the institute will understand that in which manner performance are improved. The PDP plan is also refer to a procedure ofdeveloping aaction plan depend on values,reflection, awareness, goal setting and planning for personal developmentin the aspectof a career, education, relationship or for selfdevelopment. In aspect of relationship it is highly important for teachers to provide useful and beneficial knowledge to their students effectively. 5
7.0 Conclusion From the analysis of above information it concludes thatprofessional and personal development are highly important for every individual or student. Because with help of these elements students are able to secure their career and future for long time. The main benefit of professional and personal development is that here individual or students are able to handle complicated task easily. These type of development are also essential for maintaining positive relationship with seniors and teachers for long time. This report will cover definition and concept of personal and professional development, discussion of the value of short term, medium-term and long term goals. It further covers the appendix of personal development plan.
