(Amin and Tarun, 2019). According this principle, I will be required to appreciate and reward
people when in work in any workplace. For example; I am the manager at any business, so that I
have to appreciate my employees for their great input in the workplace. My step will definitely
motivate to employees or people to work hard in the future to achieve more appreciation. On the
other side, this is a key attribute of an effective personality that, it always rewards and
appreciates people for their work.
These all are major principles of personal effectiveness which I have to quickly adopt and
apply in personal life. After applying these all principles, I can simply enable to maintain an
effectiveness in own personality. Recently I have read a business magazine, and get aware about
the high market competition, so that I need to take quick action towards deal with this
competition in very systematic manner. In my knowledge, following various principles of
personal effectiveness are not enough to me for making own personality very much effective,
because I have to develop some skills and abilities also to maintain an effectiveness within own
personality. For example; currently Google CEO is very famous global business leader, because
he has lots of effective skills and competence. According to my research, communication skill,
time management ability, problem-solving competence, decision-making skill, people
management ability etc. are some major skills, abilities and competence which enables to people
for making their personality very much effective (Ruiz and Hamlin, 2018). I also have to make a
very productive action plan as Sundar Pichai for developing own abilities and skills. Generally, a
productive action plan always helps in developing different skills, that’s why this step is very
necessary to me. After considering these all factors, I will simply make own personality very
much effective, and also enable to gain huge competitive advantage.

On the basis of all findings, it can be concluded that CEO of Google LLC Mr. Sundar
Pichai has a very effective personality. Basically, it has different skills and behaviours which
enables him to maintain an attractive personality in market place. Due to this personality,
currently many people consider him as a very successful global leader. In this highly competitive
market, be a successful global leader is not an easy task to a person, but his various attributes
make enable him to do this. It can be also concluded that personal effectiveness is very necessary
to a person for gaining huge profit margins and competitive advantage in market place. Currently
many theories and frameworks also available in market place which are completing relating to
personal effectiveness, like; psychological theory and humanistic theory etc. Everyone should
implement these theories in their personal life for developing own professionalism and
personality. It can be also concluded that, many useful principles of personal effectiveness also
have been described above in this report, so that people can simply develop effectiveness within
own existing personality after adopting and applying these all principles in daily life. After
considering these all-mentioned factors, anyone can simply achieve very higher success.
