INTRODUCTIONLearning portfolio is a procedure related to identifying, assessing and also appreciate thecompetencies, abilities and skills. It is very flexible in nature and it combines the documentationas well as reflection. In this present assignment, there are some case studies are given (Nelson,2015). Under this assignment, there are four types of portfolio mentions and these are project vs.Programme, programme theory, governance, engagement of programme stakeholders, initiationand these all portfolios are linked with a case study. The main motive of learning portfolio is toachieving the organisational goals with the best outcomes in an effective and efficient manner. TASK 1Portfolio Entry 1 – Project vs. Program1) Yes, I agreed with an approach of Bounding box concept which is set through theMike Fritz. He is working in Megatronic, a reputed and big organisation and there he is on theposition of director of program. This concept is very helpful in accomplishing the set target andgoals of company. The box means the necessities, limitations and a set boundaries which aresituated through the management at the initiation of programme. In this, the management set aboundary or can say a time period regarding development of programme. This kind of concept isvery helpful in encouraging the interaction between all important and can say main players ofcompany such as sponsors of programme and its stakeholders (Jeng and et. al., 2010). It will behelpful in the process related to secession making quickly. The reason behind agreeing with thisapproach is that with the help of this Megatronic company can set and achieve its objective onproper time period. But on the other hand there are some elements are included related totightness of bounding box like for an instance opportunities size, skills, capabilities of team, risksin the market place. The conditions related to box are violated and the programme of thisbusiness organisation is regarded as the Out of bounds. There are some elements are includedthat can be helpful in bounding a programme:the size of market.Scheduletastes and preferences of customers.Necessities of consumers.Resources required for manufacturing services and products.1
