Personal and professional development is one of the skill development activity which helps in development
of the personnel through which the individual can effectively perform and share their career and have a good
career growth. Personal and professional development offers numerus career growth opportunities which will
be helpful in enhancing the living standards of a personal. Such development is possible by analyzing the
skills and competencies which will be helpful in shaping the career and getting more career opportunities.

My long term objective is to establish a business venture and focus on offering quality products and services
that can offer maximum customer satisfaction and result in incline in sale and profit maximization.
Whereas my short and medium term objective is to work with the reputed company and worked as a manager
where I can lead and guide team and aim to achieve the desired organisational objectives by strategic
planning, effective teamwork, increased collaboration, motivated organisational culture and dedication.

PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITIES
It can be seen there are various career opportunities in business and management sector. The career
opportunities in the sector is rapidly increasing and many job opportunities from top management to entry
level jobs can be taken by graduates.
The major focus will be on finding a job as a manager and to gain some experience by working as a manager
in a company.

CONCLUSION
