 Personal pitch is associated a way of given an overview of yourself to
another person related to personal skills, attributes, experience etc. This
pitch is based on career viewpoint that offers pathways to develop their
professional career in the business field after completing graduation from
specific course.

Strength
 Team leadership skill- It refers to an action of leading a group of person
within a premise where a person working or learning something. It is
more crucial for a person who is working in a team that they have a skill
of handling team.

 Communication- I have an interactive skills with normal accent of
English that is easy for me to do interaction with other people convince
them to attain specific task as per guidance.
 Hard working- The major strength of mine is a hard working attribute
that helps me to accomplish the goals on time in proficient manner.

 Ability of handle pressure- It is one of the best attribute that present in me
because it helps in presenting the opportunity related to getting the position of
manager in infrastructure Rail.
 Getting opportunity in several business field- In current market there are
number of companies are available who emphasis on hiring a fresh talent to
attaining their goals and objectives on time so that they will gain competitive
advantage.

 High competition in marketplace- The major threat that I have to face
while involving in level 5 business management module is that high
competition present in the marketplace.
 Pay negotiation- It is another major threat that are present within
marketplace. Due to more skilled unemployed people are available in
market I face to face challenge to get the job as per my pay need.

with a foreman job I got an opportunity to become a manager in the
Infrastructure Rail.

From above analysis it is concluded that focusing on career viewpoint is
very crucial for balancing the level of clarity and transparency related to
specific job role.
