Introduction
The following report is focused on self personal reflection in the form of SWOT analyses and
future opportunities available in the market for current job.
Key Competencies
SWOT analysis is a great tool to identify individual strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and
threats. So I created a SWOT structure and started thinking about my personal abilities and asked
what my colleagues and boyfriends think of me. Here is the result:
Everyone has a purpose in life: being a leader, a playful life, a life of relaxation. And the person
will try to do something that fits his goals. However, this is possible only by examining his
feelings, reactions, beliefs and qualities. Therefore, it is an achievement of self-awareness. In
other words, a person becomes aware of his or her personality such as skills, thoughts, beliefs,
inspiration and emotions. Such a kind person can only say, "I know myself." In other words, if I
wanted to say that I knew myself, I strongly observed and studied myself. Determining the exact
path taken by the crosshair can be trusted as an intervention. Self-awareness is one thing to
choose if I are truly fit to be stubborn. To know the situation, I need to know my strengths and
weaknesses.
STRENGTHS:
My positive behavior is regarded as my strength, such as problem solving, teamwork, and
decision-making. Working with a team means making decisions, innovative and free ideas, but
there are many more advantages. My friends always praise me. Before making a decision, I
statistically study the benefits and features of doing so and decide if it is acceptable. On the team,
I always give my points and give others a chance to reveal them. This is the ability to control. I
have control over everyone and every situation. Also, my strength is my control. I adapt well to
people regardless of country and language. I can communicate with other people. People who
still know me feel like trying friends. I think my friendship and friendship are my greatest
strengths.
