Key Competencies: Strengths and Weaknesses for Career Growth

Key competencies acts as strengths and skills of an individual which helps them in performing
effectively and finish the assigned work within the desired time span (Jang and et.al, 2019). This
presentation will highlight my skills, strengths and weakness which have been identified through
auditing and how such attributes has helped in shaping my career in business and management
domain. The aim of the presentation is to quote the career objective and evaluate progression
opportunities which can be helpful for career growth.

Therefore, these can be strengths as well as weakness of an individual which can also affect their
efficiency and performance. (Nguyen and Truong, 2017). With the help of personal audit, several
strengths, weakness, skills and attributes have been identified.
