Learning is a lifelong process, and every people should master a variety of skills in order to attain their life's goals and ambitions(Williams, and Raney, 2020). Courses from various universities, institutions, and schools assist an individual in learning a variety of abilities in term of knowledge from which the degree was taken. These abilities are not learnt through teachers in the same way that courses are, but rather via day-to-day operations and a variety of activities that teachers do throughout the module. Using the example of a class presentation on any topic, it not only allows professors to see what information a student has gained from the classes, but it also enhancesthe individual'sverbalcommunicationand presentingabilities,giving themthe confidence to deliver them in front of an audience. This report comprises a variety of learning that I have acquired via the module and analyzed using the cold reflective model. This report also includes a list of abilities that were acquired during the module's study. MAIN BODY Learning with the help of module Entering ina university or college to study is a terrific way to get a variety of skills that will assistanindividualintheirstudiesandcareer(Chen,Pavlova,andRamos,2021).An individual's learning cycle consists of several stages that must be completed. Kolb's reflective model aids in comprehending the experimental learning that a person encounters while learning from a variety of sources. Kolb's Reflective Model assists me in dividing my learning cycle into four stages, which are detailed here. Concrete Learning
The learning module covers a variety of succinct and practical experiences of a variety of scenarios that have taught me that I need to reflect and learn things in a systematic manner since these situations and experiences have helped me develop my abilities and practices. My module has provided me with a variety of new skills and information that will assist me in my education and future work. I finished an assignment on a topic connected to the module in a timely manner with my team mates and learned various things from it. Reflective Learning Throughout the program, I had to overcome a number of obstacles in order to complete it successfully. The module's assignment required cooperation, which is a challenging undertaking to handle because each member of the team has a distinct attitude(Jackson, Mawson, and Bodnar, 2021). Apart from that, in order to finish the evaluation in a timely manner, I need to talk with each member of the team about mythoughts. It's a huge struggle to convey exactly what I'm thinking to them in such a way that there's less risk of misunderstanding between me and my teammates. Along with this, I'm dealing with several additional issues in order to finish the exam and earn excellent grades in the module. Abstract Conceptualization In order to perform the aforementioned assessment in an efficient manner, I conducted research on the issue in such a way that it provided trustworthy and correct data for the assessment's purposes. It aids in the growth of my research and development abilities, but I may advance even further by using a variety of other sources to get data. I was able to effectively express all of my ideas and persuade my team mates to use my suggestions for the exam. However, in order to enhance my effective communication abilities, I need to work on my active listening a lot more, since I discovered throughout my assessment that I have multiple issues with my listening skills. Active Experimentation In this step of the learning cycle, I will put the improvements I've discussed above into practise in order to further develop the abilities I've learned through the assessment. In addition, I have stated my viewpoints in front of my professors, peers, and coworkers, which has aided in the development of my writing and speaking ability. Teamwork and networking: The module asked me to complete an assessment with my team, which was designed by my lecturers in an efficient manner so that each individual could learn from a variety of perspectives. Working with this team has taught me how to cooperate and coordinate as a team, which has improved my teamwork abilities. Having a strong relationship with my coworkers allows me to build a strong network that will aid me in my professional development.
Time and self-management: Throughout the program, I discovered that I had a number of defects that must be addressed in order to attain success in either school or work. The program hasgivenmeabetterunderstandingoftheimportanceofself-managementandtime management in general in my life. The examination aids me in time management because it must be completed within the specified time frame. It assists me in comprehending the significance and meaning of time management since I assign a specific time to each work in order to accomplish them on time. I adjusted some of my poor habits, such as sleeping late in the morning and waking up through the night, in order to finish the assignment. As a result, the module helps me in confidence and time-management. Problem-solving skills: Completing the curriculum has proven to be a challenging undertaking for me due to the numerous hurdles it presents. In order to complete my module on a timely manner, I must handle the obstacles that arise in my path. To overcome all of the obstacles, I've found that using a problem-solving approach has been quite beneficial. During my module, I learned a variety of problem-solving techniques to help me solve challenges(Katis, 2021). CONCLUSION Based on the information presented above, I've decided that there are a number of abilities that I can hone while completing a course or earning a module at a university. All of the useful skills I learned during the course will assist me in obtaining successful study and work opportunities in the future, allowing me to advance my career. To analyze my learnings, I utilized Kolb's learning model, which is focused on experiments from my curriculum.
