1. Self Introduction
My name is Anubhooti Jain. I am basically from London. I have completed my MBA
from London Institute of management . I am quite good in Finance planning.I have completed
my two months internship from UK. I have good command over DOT NET languageas well as
English. So far my family background is concerned, we are five members in my family. My
parents and we are three siblings. I am the middle one. I have coupled of hobbies. I am fond of
listening music and watching Hollywood movies. I also like to play tennis and chess.
I want to be a Senior Manager in Rosewood Hotel situated in London in the next five
years. Currently I am working as HR assistant in this organization. My command over
languages, English, good time management skill, forward planning strategy and good
communication skill is the best skill in me which will help me to achieve my goal. I have one
year of experience in the Rosewood Hotel as HR assistant.
2. Mega Trends and challenges
The Rosewood is hiring the HR manager for the management of its different department.
The challenge is that I have to handle every department correctly. I am not fast decision maker
which affects the company in very big way. The next challenge is that some policies of the HR
are not appropriate for me. The major challenge is to maintain the good environment of the
organization so that everyone can perform their duties smoothly (Buckley and et.al., 2015). Next
major challenge is to balance the professional and personal life. The professional life can impact
personal life also due to office work load. Further the benefits regarding the employee's health
and performance of the each employee should also be given. The moral support and motivation
is also necessary for the employees so that they can improve their performance (Mozuni and
Jonas, 2016).

3. Goals
My short term goal is to get assistant HR in the Rosewood Hotel. My middle term goal is
to be at good position in the company and my long term goal is to be placed on Senior manager
position in the respected organization. To become a senior manager in Rosewood Hotel, I have
planned five goals which are as follows:
ï‚· I want to improve my learning power so that I can grasp every issue and able to find the
solution of every problem.
ï‚· Secondly I want to increase my vocabulary power so that it can help me to speak english
fluently.
ï‚· Personality development is also necessary for management leadership.
ï‚· Maintenance of the good relationship among employees.
ï‚· The work should be done in such a way that all the management get satisfied.
ï‚· I want to manage the employee by giving proper training and economic benefits to them.
ï‚· Balancing between personal and professional life.
The main motive is to create good environment among the employees and the management of
the organization.
4. Ethics and Professional Values
Ethics is the field of philosophy that includes systematic, recommending concepts of
correct and incorrect doing activities. Ethics in Human resource management is the treatment of
the employees with ordinary decency and justice. As a HR my ethics are to follow the
recruitment policy which is the investigation of recruitment needs, monetary aspects, criteria of
selection etc. I will also follow the factors related to the economy, social and technology.
Conduction of ethics training. I will give equal chances and opportunities to every employee and
also rewards the employee which maintains the discipline of the organization systematically.
The two way communication is also needed to be improved. The discrimination among
employees based on their caste, colour appearance should not be done. I will take different
measures for the safety of employee. I will maintain respect, fairness and honesty among the
employees. Apart from all these, the privacy of the employees details must also be maintained.
The employees will be completely supported for their work and requirements.
