Task One: Definition of the concept of personal and professional development Up gradation of skills and abilities in an individual so that they can do explosion of opportunities of training and educationalaspect at a work place, can be defined as the professional development of individual and the development of those skills of individual which help them in getting a job are personal development(Busch 2019).It is necessary to haveequalbalancebetweenthemsothattheindividualcanfocusontheircareer development. These goals are very helpful for an individual as it helps in bringing the changes in skills very instantly.
