INTRODUCTION
 Personal and Professional development helps in improving the talents and potential while
working at desired post in the future.
 Moreover, the present presentation will highlight the marketing field as my future career
option and will also highlight the challenges and ways in achieving it. .

DESCRIBING GIVEN PROFESSIONAL
FIELD
 The chosen field for future is marketing as this is my particular
area of interest and also initially I was very keen in learning the
different marketing techniques that are used by different firms
while promoting various goods and services.
 Also, in my knowledge I have understood that marketing field is
very vast and it consists of various jobs that might be opted by me
in the future.

 Furthermore, marketing field provide the best learning on how cost
and resources are managed by company during promotions of
existing or new goods' so that maximum customers might be added
within the business.
 Thus, the marketing field is one that helps in generating the
additional revenues for any firm in the future and therefore good
way for my own development.

ANALYSING CAREER PATHS
 It is known that the marketing department within all small and big
companies are expanding and advancing due to the increasing competition
within the industry.
 Thus, all the firms are trying to deliver the best products through their
marketing channels that will help in connecting people around various
regions.
 Moreover, the best career paths for me I have analyzed is social media
marketing specialist, email marketing and the product marketing that
would help me to identify new learning paths for my own development.

 Furthermore, in recent time it has been seen that social media
marketing had been increased in UK because most of the users
now are using various online platforms from where they are able to
get the information about their desired brand and products.
 Also, from the above chart it can be said that maximum population
in UK is young generation that is using the internet and therefore
companies now target such people through launching the unique
products so that more revenues are generated within the business.

IDENTIFY THE POSSIBLE
STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
STRENGTHS:
 I am able to communicate with people, in much efficient manner and therefore this
would help me to sells the goods of any marketing company in much easier way.
Also, through good communication skills I would be able to influence people to
buy the products of the company while working at any product marketing post in
any organisation
 Also, I have good critical thinking skills and thus this would help me to provide
valuable marketing ideas to the top managers of the company while working as
social media marketing specialist so that they are able to increase the current
market share and able to compete with existing competitors in the market.

WEAKNESS:
 I lack the appropriate teamwork skills and therefore at times I am not able to deliver
the right project at right time. Also, through absence of such skill in future I would
face difficulties in assigning proper roles and responsibilities to my team and would
not be able deliver the best emails that is needed for the success of the company in any
kind of group email projects among the target audience
 Also, in collecting the feedback from my friends I have analyzed that my
presentation skills are not very effective and therefore I need more practice on
understanding each and every aspect while presenting any kind of topic on any of the
social media platforms so that right kind of information is provided and made
understood in the best way

ANALYSING POSSIBLE CHALLENGES AND WAYS OF
OVERCOMING
LACK OF RESOURCES
 Due to the lack of proper availability of funds I might not be able to
complete my marketing certificate course or higher degree.
 Thus, this would create hindrance in achievement of my future
marketing goals in the best manner.
 However, with my good communication skills I would be able to
overcome this challenge through collecting the required amount of
funds from my friends and relatives so that my future marketing goals
are achieved in the best way.

LACK OF PARTICIPATION
 With the new working environment and meeting with new people I would not
be able to participate easily in the groups projects and would develop the
hesitation level.
 However, this would be overcome through my effective critical thinking skills
which would help in giving the valuable solution to others in any kind of
problem.
 As such this strength would allow me to know the team members and develop
the level of understanding among them.

RECOMMENDATIONS
 Thus, it is recommended that to work in any marketing field it is very
important that all the marketing department knowledge is been
gathered either through research or online course as they work
together as team to make any company success.
 Furthermore, the marketing of any company decide the brand
position in market and thus best marketing efforts are required

CONCLUSION
 From the above presentation it can be concluded that marketing field is very vast and therefore
right amount of strengths would allow me to achieve the excellence on desired post.
 Lastly, set of recommendation for the future working had also been provided under this
presentation.
