Nevertheless to be success in the HRM functions or any other management
functions one need to recognise the essential key personal and professional skills
in order to be successful in the their dream job. Personal and professional skills
identification laid foundation of the career development plan which is more
important for a learner who looking to get their desired role. Therefore, the
following rapport throw light on the career plan of an indivudal learner with a
purpose to demonstrate the strengths and weakness which are linked with the
career path along with the identification of the probable challenge in getting the
dream job i.e. HR manager.

Professional field of interest
When an individual switch from learner to professional they decide their
professional fied of interest, I have my keen interest in the Human resource
professionalism which is growing field of professional along with the lots of
thing to learn about the human behaviour. As a human resource head you have to
manage the workforce within the organisation and provide employee benefits on
time to keep motivation of the employees in check.
