Introduction
 Personal development refers to those process under which the person has
developed different types of skills abilities and capabilities in their
personalities. These abilities and capabilities helps the individual to develop
effective life style and to able them to improve their standard of living.
 Professional development refers to the learning process of the individual
which is used by them to develop effective professional skills. Such as to
peruse any degree and to gain various opportunities in the market.

Professional field
Professional field is related to those area of
working under which the individual is requires
specified registration or license for the purpose
of doing employment in the market. The need
and importance of degree and skills are high in
this key area of occupation.

Reason for selecting professional
field
 I have choose marketing as my core profession on
the basis of their importance and increasing demand
in market. the chosen field is required specialised
skills in the individual to carry out their functions.
 I am one of those person which are happy to share
the useful information from one person to another so
that the level of knowledge can be increased.

Discussion and analyzation of Career
Path
 Career path is related to the number of jobs present with the individual
which helps them to achieve the goals and objectives of their life.
 If the individual want to make effective career path then they have to
follow the right direction which helps them to get the success in their life.
 If I want to become successful marketing manager of any organisation
then I have to complete the diploma in marketing.

Strength
 One of the important strength of me is that my communication skills
are very strong. These skills helps me to interact different types of
person and also makes me to develop healthy relations.
Weakness
 The biggest weakness of my personality is that my time management
skills are very poor which disables me to become punctual in my life.

 The level of opportunities in marketing field are very high as the demand and
importance of the field are increased day by day due to increase of competition
in the market.

 The are different types of problems I have to faced due to lack of time
management skills which make me disables to perform my duties on time.

are essential for me if I want to become effective marketing manager because
it helps me to develop relations.
 The main function of the marketing manager is to ensure the transfer of
information to customers about the product.

Challenges
 Work stress: The increase of competition has increased the
work stress on marketing personnel by huge number. It
disable the person to focus on their core business. The result
of this poor time management skills.
 Decision making: the function of decision making is one of
the greatest challenge of individual life.

overcome these problems which are mentioned above.
 It is very important for the individual that they have developed effective time
table in their life under which effective distribution of time are made between
different activities of life. This helps to reduce the level of work stress because
