1PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT REFLECTION Introduction Self-evaluationandpersonaldevelopmentplananalysishasfacilitatedmein analysing the factors that I must improve with certain supportive evidence-based research along with analysing need for my personal development. Through analysing my learning outcomes from completing assessment 1B I will be able to analyse the ways in which my communication process has improved and acknowledged in my learning practice (Baldwin 2016). The objective of the paper is to analyse my knowledge in employing the innovation frameworks and the ways in which my learning experience has impacted the development of my professional and personal branding. The paper will also evaluate my vision, goals, integrity, fairness, compassion, authenticity and persistence in attaining increased knowledge on innovation frameworks. Discussion I have attained learning regarding the fact that in setting my personal goals, I realized that it is highly visionary to look far in future. I can also be able to implement the principles of SMART goals in the future business in which I will be involved in. These principles can be used by me in order to set my own measurable, personal, realistic along with achievable short-term objectives (Benson et al. 2018). This will result in increasing my strategies in attaining my long- and medium-term objectives. Through implementing the objectives under SMARTframeworkalongwiththeinnovatingframeworkshasalso offeredmewith important techniques that can direct me towards attaining my long- and short-term career objectives that are achievable (Wosnitza et al. 2018). I have also carried out personal values assessment survey that has that offered me with the opportunity of self-evaluating my strengths which can support me in taking better decisions in my career in future. Attaining knowledge on the suitable ways of implementing innovative business practice I have attained an understanding that I can develop foundational set of skills and can implement them in my professional and academic life to enhance my awareness on the existing opportunitiesand attain better career position in my career life. I have also considered implementing value proposition canvas that has enhanced my knowledge on the future thinking role in innovation along with the relevance of reflective practice in moving a business forward and I am wagered to develop such abilities in future years (Fook 2016). Through attaining a detailed learning, I have gathered that I am quite confident in developing my skills that I will acquire develop the ability to analyse issues, analyse further reflections and developing certain problem-solving abilities. Attaining such abilities will be helpful for me in developing my professional career. My learning in the previously completed courses enhanced my knowledge on the ways in which I can develop my goals and support in setting them in my future organization. Based on such learning I have planned that at present my goal will be focused on improving efficiency in my academic studies (Greenwood 2018). After the first year I will make myself capable to turn my weakness to my strength for attaining my set professional and personal vision. Over the term of five years I will set my goal to attain mastery in attaining necessary vision skills. My learning course has also increased my understanding on the ways I can enhance my integrity and I have also understood that integrity can be aa form of image that is perceive by individuals regarding us and integrity is the personality we actually are. I have also attained knowledge regarding fairness and this is deemed as a valuable thing and along with that an increased understanding on ability of compassion (Körkkö, Kyrö-Ämmälä and Turunen 2016). I have also relied from completion of assignment 1B that if I want others to

These principles can be used by me in order to set my own measurable, personal, realistic along with achievable short-term objectives. I have also attained an understanding regarding maintaining authenticity in which I must accept no one else’s definition of my life along with explaining my personal traits. Through attaining knowledge on SMART framework, I realised that I have better knowledge regardingmaintainingpersistencethatcansupportmydecision-makingpowerinmy professional and personal life (Moorley and Chinn 2015). Analysis of my personality being an online learner within the 1B assignment I have realized that my perception of compassion is considering someone who shows kindness and empathy towards other individuals. My knowledge also increased regarding the fact that I have a viewpoint on imagination which indicates the way I perceive things, inventiveness along with maintaining associations between thoughts those are highly divergent (Murdoch-Eaton and Sandars 2014). I also tend to geerally consider that creativity can facilitate me in developing innovative ideas that can support my personal and professional aspects. Moreover, the learning course also revealed that the meaning of the world is to develop on constant basis. Through completing my previous assignments, I attained a learning that I have spent an increased time on research and critically evaluating my learning need. Conversely, I have also understood that this might serve as aa continuous process of improvement in my future career by being less bureaucratic (Wald 2015). An increased knowledge was also obtained by me regarding the fact that I must develop my abilities of personal development.
