INTRODUCTION The professionaldevelopmentplay an importantrolein developmentof effective parameters of life in an individual (Bond, and Blevins 2020) This also helps in development of dynamic personality of a candidate which is supportive in development of a good approach at the marketplace. Most of the academic institutions focus on development of precise professional skills in employees in order to develop systematic approach in learning and development. This project covers reflection on time management and self management in order ton remain competitive in academic and professional life. This report also includes Gibbs Reflective cycle which is important in development of reflection for a student in a set time frame.
MAIN BODY(Reflective Journal) Importance of learning and growth and CIPD I understand that learning and growth play a major role in development of expansion and growth in personal and professional life. The CIPD includes various tools and techniques that are used by an individual to develop career related personal development plan. According to me, it is essential for a candidate to focus on development of CIPD plan for achievement of effective objectives at the marketplace. I am very enthusiastic person for facing different opportunities and challenges in my career related life. I like to explore various learning and growth parameters for development of self in terms of learning (Caena, and Vuorikari, 2021). Learning facilitates knowledge in a candidate and also supports a candidate to develop effective competitive advantage in academic life. In the career related life, learning and growth play a systematic role. The importance of learning and growth in both personal and professional life is increasing day by day with the increase in competition. Practice of learning and growth also play a vital role in overall development of a candidate, which is essential for focused growth. Topic- Time and Self management with the application of Gibbs model of reflection The time management is considered as a major approach which helps a person to perform routine work and development on given period of time. It also helps a person to focus on self development in order to achieve different goals and objectives of personal life. Self management and time management increases the chances of success of a candidate by teaching various aspects of organisational development. Time management is also an effective approach which majorly helps a person to develop systematic life goals and achieving them in a precise manner. Gibbs model of reflection is given by a famous scholar Gibbs, which helps a person to develop a good reflection related approach (Hildebrand, 2018). The Gibbs model of reflection is also a major approach which mainly helps a person to write reflection on a particular topic. This model contains application of six major stages which are helpful in increasing value of a person while facilitating learning. I developed time and self management on the basis of different skills that were also supported by Gibbs model of reflection. The different stages in Gibbs model including my experience are mentioned below:

Experience- Experience play an important role in providing systematic knowledge related to a subject matter. In most of the cases related to learning and development, experienceplayamajorrolebydevelopmentofpracticalapproach.Ideveloped experience related to time and self management by gaining experiencing various practical aspects. This helped me in increasing my knowledge with application of systematic approach. My experience related to working and development was beneficial because of the support provided by my seniors and teachers. Description- The description of a subject matter, is essential for gaining life time focus on development of a subject matter. In the life of an individual, description plays a vital role by increasing in depth knowledge of a candidate. Description of self and time management skills was important for me to understand the topics in a well defined manner. The description plan was supposed to be set by a candidate, in order to analyse whole situation in a brief manner. Planing related to description should be developed in a focused manner for exploration of learning opportunities. Feelings-Feelings are important part of personality of a candidate which deals with emotional values in a precise manner (Howard, and Eddy‐Imishue, 2020). My feelings during learning time and self management were strong and tough that helped me throughout my knowledge development. In order to develop effective feelings according to the concerned subject matter is important to develop emotional intelligence. I also developed motivation in myself in order to increase my morale during whole process of learning. Evaluation-The evaluation is an essential element in Gibbs model of reflection which helps a person to calculate output related to a project or given situation. Evaluation of a my learning was taken by my professors with some tests and exams. There is always a need of evaluating a project in order to develop favourable outcomes. In my learning related to a project, I evaluated different sources of testing and gave preference to different objectives and goals. Analysis-A brief analysis of situation in the Gibbs model of reflection is always important for a candidate. This helps in development of knowledge related to a subject matter by briefly analysing whole learning experience. I analysed my whole situation with the help of professional techniques that were taught by my professors in institute.
Also the desired modifications are also developed after a brief analysis in order to gain systematic growth in career related life. Critical analysis of my time management skills helped me improvement of routine and daily work which I do. Conclusion-My whole learning experience went great in order to develop effective knowledge related to time and self management (Makovec, 2018). This learning will help and facilitate me to develop effective and essential objectives in my lifetime period. Conclusion is also a major point which includes whole summary related to learning experience. I can also conclude that my time management skills are improved with faster pace with the help of support of my background knowledge. Action plan-This is one of the major and important stage in Gibbs model of reflection, which helps a person to develop precise action plan for the future. Action plan should be prepared at the very beginning of a project or learning experience for gaining life time development opportunities (Pugh, and Broome, 2020). My action plan related to project, was prepared with setting a good routine time table and follow it with utmost discipline. The action plan is also a good approach which helps a person to achieve set targets and goals using appropriate approaches and methods. Support the achievement of the skills In order to grow more in academic life, I understand there is a major role played by different skills. Skill development is an important part of individual growth which play a major role in development of capabilities in a person for long term growth(Partridge, 2021). The skills in my life, which I want to develop for improvement of my time management and self management are mentioned below: Leadership skills- In the development of an individual, leadership skills are most important part of a leader who manages a team in the company. The leadership skills are most important for a person to develop major skills and competencies. In leadership, it is important for me to take use of democratic leadership style as includes participation of subordinate team members for quick decisions. Problem-solving skills-The problem solving skills are important for me to learn in order tosolvedifferentproblemsandtheirsolutionsinacademicorprofessionallife (Pochtaryova, and Vasyagina, 2020). These skills are important for an individual to find out best solutions for a given problem in majority of situations.
Plans with objectives to carry the skills in future In order to carry these skills, I will take help of my seniors and professors. I will regularly practice the provided skills in my daily routine for development of professionalism in academic life. In order to gain career growth, I will also use different approaches which are beneficial for self growth. I will take help from online articles and videos to learn different major skills. This will help in overcoming various challenges and issues in my life.

CONCLUSION From the above stated report it can be concluded that, time management and self management are two important pillars of development in an individual. This report concludes the importance of CIPD in professional life for supporting an individual to gain desired success.
