INTRODUCTION
National Law has given specific learning framework which have certain principles to be
followed while providing education to children. This program was developed maintain a
category of learning guides so that children can learn and develop from their early age of
childhood. In course work mentioned below is a brief perspective of teacher of providing correct
path to children. It includes their strengths, different approaches of learning, personal beliefs
towards this work. Also the regulated provisions regarding rights of children and parents should
be kept in mind while performing this job.
MAIN BODY
Self- retrospective
Belonging from field of education is itself a big task to perform I personally believe that
children's early stage of childhood is both crucial and resilient. In 2009 the government of
Australia has developed a national quality framework which has two main key learning
foundation which is approved for children at their early stage of childhood. This job needs a lot
of qualities to fulfill its needs properly. I have always wanted to become a teacher as its the most
respectable job, plus it was my childhood dream as well. I have always been very passionate
about teaching younger kids, whom I can guide & groom to become an idealistic
individual(Langdon, 2014).
Strengths
I have always thought that it is very important for an educator to be very calm and
patiently in nature to perform this job. The basic strengths one shall have should be to be very
good in coordinating work and follow all guidelines of being a good educator and care provider.
One should be very clear in understanding concepts of basic things to children's by using various
techniques and methods (Zandén and Thorgersen, 2015).This needs a lot of creativity and
passion towards teaching younger children, this should help them boost their capabilities of
focusing apart from playground and bookish knowledge. I believe that patience is the key for
success in this field an educator must have an sense of humor to engage children in activities
performed in classrooms. Helping small children and making them understand basic concepts
can become little time and might become a little exhausting, here teacher should become creative
and make them do interactive things for understanding concepts easily and fast. Also, its very

important to have proper communication kills to explain things and talk to children as they learn
very quick by hearing people talk and they try and implement the same. One should always be
prepared if the curriculum plan doesn't help in work as a educator should invest more flexible
ways for educating. People belonging in this field have a degree in child development and
education so they have basic ideas of understanding (Hanafin, 2014).
Beliefs
My methods and instincts have several elements and its has main three things which are
most important for me. The first thing I believe is motivation towards working and learning
interactive methods to teach children. Its very important to innovate modern techniques for
clearing concepts of children. I generally believe that activities which are given to children
should be interactive and fun so they can enjoy and learn at the same time. The classroom should
always be filled with positive vibes and all students should enjoy being there. I always keep a
check on progress of all kids and keep evaluating them to increase their chances of getting better
the next time. Children are believed to be very fast learners and have to be guided correctly to
frame them properly in their basic nature. Its very important for educators to understand the basic
concepts and provide their best service of education and care to develop child properly(Owen,
2015) .
Theories and philosophies
there are several philosophies and theories I believe but their are prominent four of them
which I implement in my work and follow through out all my interactive sessions with children.
First out of all of them is behaviorism, it says one should always be in correct manner and
respect every person. It portrays a persons character and defines how one's mentality is. The
second one is cognitivism where I work one my procedure of understanding processing things in
my head(ten Cate and et. al., 2015).After this I organize all information correctly in order to
understand all concepts. Third and most prominent one is being constructivism this means the
way a person constructs about a knowledge and does not stay limited to it. One shall always be
inquisitive in nature and keep learning at every stage of age. It helps one in developing on mental
level and become an idealistic individual (Gordon and Doyle, 2015). The last one is
connectivism in simple terms it connects directly towards the passage of things of be connected
over social and cultural context, here one should be connected for with people and should be
interactive in nature. These beliefs let me be connected to my core understanding and provide be

a wide perspective of understanding things more clearly. Teaching philosophies and theories are
very crucial for every educator to maintain and follow to give their best performance and
enhance understanding concepts of children. Most of all my theories are interconnected as one
reflects over the other and works for the same aim together, which is to make concepts clear and
avoid any ill treatment or wrong doings while working as an educator (Löfgren, 2015) .
Early childhood passion
I have always been very passionate and pro-motive as a child, always loved to create and
make new things, read new things and discover. I have always been very passionate to teach and
have always dreamed to become a teacher. I think its the best job since its a teacher which
creates the basic structure of an child. Things which were very interactive from learning basic
things in school and morals given by parents. Its very important for both parents to involve in
lives of their children(Gallo-Fox and Scantlebury, 2016).
Children rights
right to education in a proper manner and condition is under the article of Australian
constitution. Its present under the ICESCR article 13, it says that all children have certain rights
and rules which should be kept in mind by their educator while teaching them. Its present in the
sub section 2 of article that its very important for children to gain primary education in system
and its free of cost in nature by government. Their are several rights and provision which are to
be performed and done under such act. the most biggest part in such laws are of the government
which are done through the convention on the rights of the child. This has recognized the right to
education in the whole country. Some of the primary articles portray the interest for child
development. In article 3 of constitution its focus is over best interest for the child should be the
first primary consideration before any decision. All states shall respect the responsibilities,
rights and duties of parents of the child. This is done to let the child know all rights and
provisions government has made for their best interest which is given in article 5. In smaller
children its a little difficult but in case a child in need such laws help them out to provide them
justice. Article 28(1) provides the right to proper education. The initial stages of a child are the
most important one and then they should be groomed accordingly so that they transform into an
responsible and idealistic individual. The main purpose of CRC is not just giving them rights but
its to give them their proper belongings. It says that child should be partially involved in any
decision which is taken regarding him/her. The right to education in Australia states that its

compulsory for every child to be educated from the age of 6-15 years and its should be
mandatory for all children to attend school. According to the family law reform act 1995 its
which had the sole purpose of considering education and upbringing of an child should be done
from his home and the parents should remember guidelines and no ill treatment should be done
with any child.
Parents rights
responsibilities and rights are the most important aspects of every country and protecting
the children is conserving the future generation. The law has formulated several rights and
responsibilities of parents which are connected towards duties for their children. The law of
Australia clearly defines several laws such as education act which includes for all children to be
attentive in school from the age 6-15. second one is the family law act which says that parents
are required to provide proper food, shelter, clothes and safe environment to live in. next is the
children's protection act in which the legal entity of child protection which has helped several
children who were found in very dangerous situations. This act is very important as its criminal
law consolidation act in which if any parent is found guilty in situation of doing illegal things to
their child this act protects the child and provides them solutions, punish the parents and give
justice to children (Thomas and et. al., 2014) (Kennedy,2016) .
Its very important to protect the child and help them in condition since children are incapable of
helping themselves in several conditions the government have made certain laws and right of
both child and parent to give them justice.
Its very important for any educational institute to provide the best surroundings and environment
for the children learn and understand the basic nature which will help them become quick
learners. It is very important for parents to be involved in the all over growth and development
of the child since, any child learns from their parents the most and should be educated properly
by them.
CONCLUSION
The essay mentioned above is a self refection of a teacher and in context of teaching
children belonging from early stage of childhood. It has summarised the perspective and self
analysis which will provide point of view from several areas of education. It has many things
from the aim and passion of an education to their personal beliefs. It also contains the legal rights
of a child and a parent.
