INTRODUCTION
Personal reflection can be defined as an identification of own skills abilities and
qualifications which will through performance level of individual as well as their experience
(Clarke and Chalmers, 2018). The current report will consist a personal reflection which
should different skills and abilities as well as strengths in order to achieve the objectives of
employability.
MAIN BODY
It is important for every individual in the current business environment to use
appropriate functions which will guide them toward the goals and objectives. Order to
achieve the goals and objectives individual require a appropriate system which will evaluate
their own strength weaknesses opportunities and threats and order to overcome them and
perform in an appropriate manner. In order to achieve the career objectives I use SWOT
analysis to identify my own strength and weaknesses. This is helpful for me in preparing an
appropriate action plan which can be used to achieve the objectives. My own SWOT analysis
is discussed below:
SWOT analysis can be defined as a Framework which can be used by individual in
order to identify their inner capabilities and skills. SWOT analysis include four stages which
are strength weaknesses opportunities and threats. Important for every individual to analyse
their strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats in order to deal with the current business
environment and prepare themselves according to it. In context of me, my own strengths
weaknesses opportunities and threats are discussed below:
Strength
Team working skills: team working skills can be defined as a skill which is helpful
to an individual while working within a team. In context of me, my team working skills are
my strength. This is because I used to perform within different teams which helped me in
gaining knowledge about behaviour of different individual and manage the behaviour
according to the needs and requirements of a team. This is also helpful for me to managing
the way a person's according to their skills and requirements and using their skills in order to
achieve the team goals (Cooperrider and Srivastva, 2017).
