PERSONAL STATEMENT
I have taken admission to the course of level 3 Access to HE Business course. This
subject is designed for adults who have current as well as previous roles and interests in business
administration and management procedures. Moreover, this course is also helpful for those adults
who are seeking a change in direction because of the increasing incidence of unemployment or
lack of career opportunities in their previous fields. Individuals who have demonstrable interests
in entering a business related professions also were seen to have taken admission in the course.
One of the primary benefits that this course would provide me is that it can help in
equipping entrepreneurs, owners as well as managers with different important essential business
skills and knowledge. I believe that I had no formal business training and I will be ill-prepared
for handling tasks on the business side of the ventures like that of creating of the business skills,
negotiation and even accounting. I strongly understand that studying of the business management
can help in improvement of the ability of the business owners for analyzing the data,
improvement of financial decisions and even in making better predictions about the future.
I have realized those decades ago, business programs used to be more focused on the
preparation of the business owners as well as the managers. The courses had the motive for
helping them to learn about proper ways to budget and understand profit and loss and other
quantitative evaluations. Those aspects are important but the present business course that I have
taken admissions would help me to cover important components of business- management
studies successfully. This course would help me in management of people in the organizations,
working effectively in teams successfully along with proper communication methods, change
management tactics and many others. Poor communication affects workflow and even hampers
the success and profit of the nation. The way people communicate can determine how they will
lead his coworkers and work effectively as team.
