INTRODUCTION
A personal statement is the document in which an individual writes an essay about his
interest and personal opinion about the topic. Here the personal statement is on civil engineering.
Every person has some kind of interest in which he or she wants to pursue his career likewise I
also have an interest in Civil Engineering field. This report consists of a personal statement for
Civil engineering in which I have mentioned about my interest into this field and why I want to
enroll in this XYZ College.
TASK
Since my childhood I have a keen interest in forming a building, pool or building any
kind of structure and also make sure that forming structure should be very apt to the
surroundings and amenities. From my childhood I have decided to go for this particular forte
where I can enhance my interest and grab a strong command (Basu, 2017). I like to place the
things at a proper place like proper buildings ground, proper amenities for waste disposal, water
supply and the like. To enhance my interest more I have planned to do the join a college which
can deliver all my requirements. Requirements may include the college where the studies are
very excellent, premises are good, faculty or the teachers should be brilliant and the place where
I can command on that field.
XYZ College is very fine College which has all the factors for which I am looking for. The
college has the best faculties for civil engineering, the premises of the college is also very good,
they provide all kinds of exposure to the kids and give them all sort of knowledge related to my
subject. This particular college comes under the category for best colleges not into the whole
Europe but into the World also (Gelb, 2017). XYZ college would provide my for which I am
looking for.
By attaining the admission into this XYZ College, I surly believe I would gain all the skills and
possible knowledge related to my subject. Through this my chances for taking a job of my choice
in the top companies will also get increase (Sirlin, 2018). The skills which I will get acquire will
help in getting command on the topic and exposure which I will get would adds up into my
experience which will take under account while going for a job interview.
CONCLUSION
From the report, the personal statement has been delivered upon the civil engineering in
which my interest and the gist about the college where I want to get enroll has been mentioned.
