PERSONAL STATEMENT I have currently graduated from Mont Rose College and I have pursued the degree in hospitality management. I would like to work in hospitality industry and as an event organiser. I will be better able to perform this job as I am really Patient and responsible, well-organized and friendly, and moreover I enjoy working with people (Ulman and et.al., 2018). I would be a good event organiser as I am focused, reliable and punctual. I also possess various other skills such as I have many interests and I would like to gain knowledge and experience in different fields to build the right career for me, balancing family life and work. As an event organiser it is really necessary to have efficient communication skills, so I have effective interaction skills and also I am a really keen listener, so this will assist me in handling all aspects related to the event business effectively. I am working as a house workers, till present time, so by working over there I have become really hard working and also I am really loyal towards my work. I also have passion towards going in this industry. I can also manage the clients and guest really well face to face and even on phone as I have good communication skills. I also have the knowledge related to Microsoft office and my written communication is also good. I am really creative which is a mandatory skill that an individual needs to possess in order to work in as an event organiser. I am really polite so I will be able to deal with the guest and will also be able to analyse their needs and demands which is really necessary for the growth of my career. As a house keeper I have also developed the other skill like managing time so it will assist me in completing my event on time. I also have the ability to work in team and I can work effectively with others, so this can help me in making my event team more productive (Li and Deng, 2019). I am also a recent graduate with first class degree of hospitality management, so my knowledge can assist me in making my event a success. I am also a critical thinker so this will assist me in solving problemsthatcanbefacedbymewhiledoingtheevents.Ialsopossesstheskillof communicating confidently with my superiors, so this will assist me in making better bond with my seniors and I will be able to complete my work with Excellency. It is really necessary to have bond with seniors so that if in future I have faced any type of problem, they can be able to solve it. I also have the ability to work under pressure which is really necessary as event and hospitality industry is dynamic and it keeps changes, so pressure can be created. All these skills will help me in excelling in my career. 1
