INTRODUCTIONThe below report explores the self-analysis of an individual working in Tesco. It reflectsthe capabilities of him as a professional manager and most importantly as a leader (Armstrong,2016). The report acts as a recorded reflection of the capabilities and the career progression. SELF ANALYSISPROJECT 1 – Personality InsightThe equalitarian score explains that I am a non authoritarian and I do not aim to controlother people or situations. This act as both my strength and weakness. The score says that whileworking in the organisation or acting as a leader I often tend to treat individuals equally. It isimportant for me to understand judging people by their qualities and understanding theirpotential as being a leader of a manager. If I kept judging everyone equally, it can become hardfor me to find out the appropriate people for the required job roles. It is important for a leader todetermine and be aware about the qualities of the employees qualities. It can help me to reachand ensure better growth and development and ensure a better team development as well. PROJECT 2 – Introductory profile indicatorMy introductory profile indicator shows that my assertiveness is low. In which I hold thequalities of being outgoing, sociable, directive, taking the lead, making decisions, being toughminded and can perform a role of manager or good at a sales job. It is important for me to beextrovert. The quality of being extrovert is going to allow me to speak to a number of people inoutside situations and understand them as well. It is going to help me in reaching better growthand development and would ensure that I am able to understand others feeling well. The abovementioned strengths explore that I am a sociable person, which provides me enough power to bewith other persons and become part of different situations. It is going to help me in becoming abetter leader and a manager because both of these job roles require me to be more sociable. Thelow levels of empathy according to the results suggests that I can be good as a manager at salesjob. This can help me to reach new level of success and ensure that desired goals and objectivesare being achieved. I can be good at selling my ideas to other different organizations acting as aleader and ensure that desired goals are being achieved. The results show that my imagination levels are high and I am a conceptual structuredthinker who enjoys setting up and working within systems (Bolden, 2016).
