INTRODUCTION
Team work is regarded as the effective and efficient actions of individuals, combined
together to obtain productive outcomes (Natvig and Stark, 2016). The present undertaking aims
on stating the most suitable academic team work theory along with its implementation.
MAIN BODY
According to (Driskell, Sala and Driskell, (2017) Tuckman's teamwork theory, is the
most influential model framed for the teamwork. It comprises of five stages through which a
group can be developed. These stages are forming, storming, norming, performing and
adjourning. In the forming stage, members of the team meet each other following with
discussions on the tasks to be performed. Communication between members is developed here.
In storming stage, members of the group challenge each other. The issues of team members
define this step. The norming stage is referred to normalisation of conflicts by interaction. In the
performing stage when all the associates are comfortable, rules of the group are accepted. The
last stage of the teamwork is adjourning. At this point, team members become close to each
other.

CONCLUSION
Tuckman's model of team work is a highly influential theory. The thorough
