My learning style is through writing and listing from many sources like YouTube, online courses,
books, articles and blogs. It help me to solve problems and find solutions to me and gain me
experience and knowledge about how work need to be completed.
This means that, my major learning is through online due to large sources available on internet and
increase my skills to develop and enhance to face changeless.
My Belbin team role is a team role theory there is particular work of each team members. This roles
are given to each members according to their skills and roles can be functional, personal and
organizational and skilful. Every team have their different roles according to the specific goal
(Riyadi, 2020). All the team members have different roles which are dependent to each other for
completion of role.
This means that every person is important to complete task and have their individual roles and
responsibilities to complete it with team work.
My conflict style is Avoiding management style, which shows the ignoring to problems, removing
conflict to parties that help me to communicate with each other and avoid the problems between
team members and work (Novak, Breznik and Natek, 2020).
This means that I cannot suffer with avoiding problems with my team members and hamper my
work. This style help me to complete my work better and without a barriers to achieve my goal.
My leadership style is participative style which is usually used in my work and role to complete task
effectively. This help me in working together with other employees by avoiding conflict between
two and build trust between members. This style motivate my members to work with me and to
achieve a set target goal within time limit to achieve It (Dunaetz, 2020).
This means that it help me to work with each other and accomplished target goal with each other
and help me to known the importance of each other to work effectively.
My DISC management style is to make an effective communications and functional activities and
avoid the conflict between my team members towards working. I used the strength on different
members of my team which help me get more successful than a monoculture. The new thinkers are
hired for work which help to improvise the working culture and methods.
This means that for completion of work and achievement of goal set is done through effective
members of my team and way of leadership
My Myers Briggs style is Extraversion where I like to connect with people and increase the
