1IDENTIFYING AND EVALUATING PERSONALITY 1. Introduction The identification of the different psychological capabilities has helped in maintaining the supply of skilled workforce in the organizations. The skilled workforce helps in the smooth functioning of the business in the market. The recruitment processes that are implemented by the organization helps in maintaining the standards of the work functions that are planned by the business as it helps the organization to bring in continuous innovations while operating in the international markets.The research is aimed at exploring the different recruitment systems that are undertaken by the IT industry and the manner in which it facilitates the smooth performance of the business organizations as per the objectives of the same in the market. It also enumerates the ethics of the IT sector and the manner in which the identification of the right job role has helped the industry to undertake continuous innovations. 2. Recruitment process used in IT The recruitment process that is use by the IT industry can be segregated in mostly five steps. The steps that are undertaken by the IT industry areRecruitment Planning,Strategy Development,Searching,Screening, Evaluation and Control. The planning and strategy development processes helps the organizations in the industry to identify the job roles that is required to be recruited for (Zichao, 2014). The identification of the major roles helps the organization to perform as per the objectives of the same while operating in the international markets. On the other hand, searching for the most appropriate candidate from the internal and the external sources helps the organization to bring in changes in the systems of the business in the market (Mohanan, Cheriyan & Rajesh, 2017). The recruitment of the skilled workforce helps in maintaining the different levels of changes in the performance of the business through the

The evaluation and control over the processes helps in the safe functioning of the workforce as per the objectives of the business while operating in the international markets. 2.1 Skill testing The skill testing will be helping the me to identify the skills and incorporate the same like SDLC and the knowledge on theWeb Technologies. It has helped me in differentiating between the capabilities of the individuals identify the competencies that the candidates and I might face while operating in the respective job roles. The different skills will be helping the candidates to bring in changes in the systems of the business through the delineation of the different factors that affects the functioning of the organizations. 2.2 Psychometric testing The psychometric testing helped me to identify the psychological traits that are inherent in me. It provided me with the insight of the change that the candidates are capable of brining into the systems of the business. The evolution of the IT industry is specifically based on the continuous innovation that is undertaken by the professionals (Kakkireni& Vinnakota, 2016). The identification of the innovator or the analyst helps in maintaining the different levels of changes in the systems of the business in the market situation. 3. MBTI test and evaluation The MBTI test forecasted the result for me to be anArchitect(INTJ A). It has portrayed my nature to beintuitiveandassertiveat the same time. Appraisal of the experience and the post graduate study The appraisal of the experience and the post graduate study has helped me to get hold of a job role in the IT industry. The skills that I have gained during my study and the experience that I gathered from my involvement in different sectors has helped me while undertaking the recruitment questionnaire. 5. Importance of ethics and scandals in IT Ethics play a major role while identifying the key functions that are undertaken by the IT industry as per the needs of the market. The understanding of the ethics helps in developing the systems that helps in winning over the different negative elements that affects the functioning of the business in the market. Scandals The facebook data breach case has affected millions of social media users which was caused due to a single company, Cambridge Analytica. Around 1 million people in UK, Philippines and Indonesia might have had their personal information in the social media, which was compromised through the infiltration. It is one of the most recent examples of an ethical breach that Facebook encountered, which affected the loyalty of its users.
