it was heavy penalised with £3 million. TALK TALK purchased ADSL of virgin media. It also
purchased blink box which is entertainment service. It also bought broadband service of Tesco.
In 2015 TALK TALK met with cyber attack in which data of its customer was stolen. TALK
TALK claimed to receive ransom demand for data theft. In 2016 customer of TALK TALK
company lost internet access due to a malware infection.
