factors which is affecting to company’s functions.
• These factors are also known as external analyses which are not controlled by
organization but can deal with their issues and can grow in competitive market.

• Ginetta Cars Company has a long and successful history of producing a race cars
and hand built road. With the help of direction of experienced racing driver
company had explored their business onto the global scene.
• This entity leads in British race car manufacturing and putting the UK in the heart
of world class motorsport and providing best training to their employees (Sreejesh,
Mohapatra & Anusree, 2014).
• For maintaining strong position in current market it is essential for manager to
analyses SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) on regular basis so that
they can identify their threats and opportunities to overcome with their issues.
• Strength and weakness are internally related and threats & opportunities
focus on the external environment. SWOT of Ginetta Company are described as
below;

SWOT
• Strengths – An entity is having strong position in racing and
sports cars. As they are manufacturing different series of cars
such as G2, G3, G4, G55, G40 and many more (Craig &
Campbell, 2012). The team of this company is setting different
car models so that everyone can use the same and as per their
requirements. Along with this they are attracting new
sportsmen to purchase their cars while providing high quality
technologies in them.

• Weaknesses – As these are considered as negative factor for organization.
Here company need to work upon on their weakness to overcome with
their issues which are facing by customers as well as employees (Dettwiler,
Lindelöf & Löfsten, 2006).
• There are many issues which are facing by customers so company had to
recall their vehicles on the account of some technical bases.

• Apart from that, government rules and regulation are affecting
to the growth of company in generating profits from customers.
As they are also not fulfilling the needs of each and every
customer because they are launching sports cars than any
other (Ginetta 2018).
• Threats - There are large number competitors or players in
automobile industry which results into intense competition. So,
this is becoming threat for company to deal with their
competitors. Other is, recession, un-employment or
uncertainty in macroeconomics will daunt to company for a
longer period of time.

Influence over decision making process
• Ginetta organisation operates by people making decision. Mangers
plans, leads, staffs, organise and control their team by executing
decisions.
• The successful of organisation will depend on effectiveness and
quality of those decisions which are taken by managers. Managers
constantly take decisions in order to solve the problems.
• Decision making and problem solving are an on-going process for
evaluating problems or situations, considering alternatives, making
choices and succeeding them up with the essential actions.
