This letter is a request for approval to conduct research on organizational leadership and its different aspects. The objective is to devise a new style of leadership that can transform organizations affected by digitalization. The research will involve collecting primary and secondary data, analyzing it quantitatively and qualitatively, and using Saunders' Theory of Research Onion as the methodology.
