1PHYSICAL ACTIVITY PROMOTION There has been a considerable degree of recognition for some years related to the significance of physical activity for youthsas they develop from their adolescence years and step into early adulthood phase (Cain et al., 2013). However it has been evident that regardless to the natural propensities young generation have been exhibiting lower level of inclination towards being physically active in recent days(Rauner, Mess & Woll, 2013). The following paper will explicitly evaluate the way I have been taking into consideration the value of physical activity which has been playing significant role in my life buy for the shedding light on the influencing factors which has enable me to engage myself in physical activity along with certain areas of challenges that I have encountered while being involved into this form of engagement. My recent involvement in physical activity organized by my institution has not only enhanced my ability to identify the competence levelwhich I possess but also the areas that I need to develop in order to sustain a healthy and contented life in the future. In this phase of life where fast food, socializing play a critical role in the lives of the youths my involvement with various forms of physical activities such as swimming, playing table tennis and sometimes taking a 30 minutes’ walkhas made me realise the importance of a healthy life and most importantly being immensely active in performing various roles in life. Though I was never overweight or experience anykind of health issuesbut I have often exhibited equator level of lethargyand ignorance towards leading a healthy and routinelifeand further got inclined towards eating unhealthy foods and spending a considerable amount of leisure time in social media and hanging out with friends. However my recent positive inclination towards physical activity has served a contributory role in promoting my healthy behaviours whereby I tend to stay physically more active and prefers to eat a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits rather than indulging myself in ice creams and burgers. Furthermore I have
2PHYSICAL ACTIVITY PROMOTION effectively comprehended the value of physical activity which has been only possible because of theintense level of dedication shown by my physical educatorwhom I considered to be a vital predictor of health enhancing cognition and behaviours in myself. Furthermore the enhanced level of physical activity provided by our institution has not only aided my abilities but have effectively enhanced level of my knowledge behavioural pattern skillsand confidence to be physically active and sustain a healthy life in future. Furthermore, having stayed in Australia for a long time I can undoubtedly claim it's prominence for active outdoor lifestyle(Bort-Roig et al., 2014). However in spite of having higher level of physical activity facility Sporting fields and cycle race a significant proportion of individuals of my age exhibit lack of enthusiasm or zeal towards involved in any forms of physical activities.Having said that I can also opposite facts related to the way bills in contemporary days work for prolonged hours to engage their children in any forms of physical activity in school or college in order to improve their self confidence and for the advancement towards healthy life.On the other hand I also encounter few of my friends who prefer to stay at home and spend time with family or with oneself instead of taking a stroll or having a 10 to 15 minutes swimming sessions on weekends. Yes I can claim that being physically active and sound in a range of activities has occupied essential place in my daily life thereby I fully enjoy the sense of driving my body to itsphysical limits. However for such development I truly appreciate the way my family especially parents have reinforced the importance of therole of physical activitiesand further encouraging me to be physically competentenough to fight any forms of challenges in life. However, in this process I have encountered certain degree of challenges which at some point of time have acted as a critical form of barrier in being physical energetic and dynamic. One of the major constraints, I

Addressing issues related to self-management skills can facilitate my ability to alter the factors that will advance me towards a strong and healthy lifestyle transformation(Liese et al., 2013). In order to efficiently work onself-management skillsit would be important for me to enhance the level of my self-confidence that is the belief and self-reliance that I can succeed in sportsoranyformofphysicalactivityandthereforecanimprovemyphysicalfitness. Furthermore, I can learn in order to adhere to a healthy lifestyle such as customary physical activity. For exampleproper goal setting strategies, time management as well as program- strategizing skills(Martins et al., 2015).
