INTRODUCTION
Negotiation is a process in which two parties identify an appropriate solution of a specific
problem or an issue. Good negotiation and pitching helps to build a better relationship among
distinct functional department. In this report chosen organisation is Cuisine Coffee. This report
covers the following topics such as: key principles of pitch to achieve sustainable competitive
edge, potential outcomes of a pitch. Apart from this report discuss about how organisation can
fulfil their obligation from a pitch, identify potential issues that can occur.

Pitch is a process which is utilized by a company to assure an effective and efficient
interaction among the staffs of corporation so that they can encourage others to perform in
effective way as this assist business to accomplish its pre-set targets. Management of Cuisine
Coffee can use various key principles of pitch which help to achieve sustainable competitive
edge (Steven and Richard, 2018).
Planning: Planning is a management function which involves deciding beforehand, what
is to be done, how is to be done and when is to be done (Planning. 2018). Management of
Cuisine Coffee makes plan that how they can produce quality products and how delivery of
service can be improve. It includes Artisanal coffee, Cupcakes, Eggs benedict, Sandwiches,
Waffles and other food products. As a result, more consumer can attract towards the organisation
because it focusing to fulfil the needs of persons by satisfying their wants. It helps the company
to generate more revenue and achieve sustainable competitive edge.
Communication: Good communication is essential for a better result because it help the
organisation to achieve its goals and objectives. There is effective communication between
employees of Cuisine Coffee because all members of corporation follow the proper chain of
command so that relevant information has been communicated to all staffs. As a result,
employees know how they have to perform which help to maximize the efficiency and
productivity. It helps the organisation to accomplish its targets on time which help it to achieve
sustainable competitive edge.
Decision making : An effective decision can help the organisation to accomplish its goal
and objectives in appropriate manner. It is the responsibility of management to take better
