This report of the project is based on the depiction of the scenario based on depicting the
scenario based on shifting of property of an individual. This report would be able to include each
of the breakdown of activities that would be performed during the design of the project plan. The
project design based on shifting of an entire family to an entirely differently location. The family
is currently residing in Sunshine Coast. The family would be shifting to a different location
based on the needs of job purposes. Thus this report helps in describing the various kinds of
assumption and criteria that would be needed for the development of the milestone plan. The
Gantt chart would be useful for indicating the task flow. Based on such kind of adjustment on the
provided scenario, a personal reflection have been provided about the ways in which the report
and project plan have been determined.
2. Overview of the Scenario
This project scenario is based on defining the plan of implementation of a certain project.
This project is based on depicting the scenario of shifting of the project. The scenario depicted
here is based on a family of two adults named as Jeff and Kelly. Both of them have two children
Will and Lexie. They also own a dog and two cars. In a certain situation, Jeff has recently
secured a job as an interstate Marketing Director. After the security of the job, Jeff has planned
for a relocation of his family to Perth. In the present times, Jeff is residing in a two room
building on rent basis in Maroochydore that is situated in Sunshine Coast, Qld. Jeff and his
family would relocate to a certain rented four bedroom suburban house within Perth. Jeff has
paid the entire rental amount to the owner of the property and thus his booking for the rented
house has been secured.

completed as per the given budget provided. The plan for the project should also be completed
within the proper schedule and this would be highly needed for the completion of project.
3. Adjustments within the Schedule and reasons
