● It is an airline company that is headquartered in Dubai, United Arabs. This is
basically owned by Emirates groups.
● It is one of the largest company related to Airlines that operates in 140 cities
and in 81 countries within 6 continents (Johnson, Goerdel, Lovrich Jr and
Pierce, 2015)

Goals of Emirates Airways
● Increasing profit within 1 year up-to 30%
This also helped them in saving their huge amount as management planning lead
workers in order to work as per strategies that were set.

Thus, cargo business has also been improved by emirates in terms of improving supply

Company has also been selected and applied seven high selectivity catalysts out of 11
assets of Sabic. This helps in removing carbon emission in terms of doing their part for
saving environment.

gender gap by recruiting number of females. They can al;so motivate them by providing
