This paper discusses the planning for growth in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with a focus on analyzing growth opportunities and funding sources. It covers key considerations for evaluating growth opportunities, Ansoff Growth Matrix, and growth strategies. It also evaluates possible sources of funding available to businesses and discusses the benefits and disadvantages of each source. The paper is based on the case study of PRESS London, a UK-based organization manufacturing freshly cold-pressed juices and healthy food.
