 As she was mentally disable and not able to deal with any care worker properly and abuse them as
well. Thus, my work is to provider her appropriate and suitable guide by sharing positive view and
attributes. This will contribute in her recovery.
 Along with this, I also have to provide information regarding hoist to senior management so that
they supposed to develop a healthy environment.
 Whenever management wants to estimate about needs and wants of their clients related
with security, a proper assessment of their demand have to understand in a define and
suitable manner.
