The options which are available in respect of resolving the situation such as in case of conflict between the employees regarding adapting each other reviews is relating to adapting various innovative training activities. As it is necessary to motivate employees to work as a team and thus this can be achieved through providing the outside training session which results in building interaction between the employees and they freely work with each other (Daly and et.al., 2019). As power is also given in respect of communicating freely with every marketing employees and also gather any information to resolve issues which is attaining at work place. Through this manner employees feel the part of the business and also they work with dedication and loyalty. In respect of resolving the issues which is arising at work place, I started monitoring the movement of the employees and the work which they are committed on daily bases to be accomplished in right manner. As most of the employees are using various other sites during the working hours, thus restriction are imposed in respect of not using the personal sites (Ersoy and et.al., 2018). I find that by implementing advanced software regarding tracking the records and also allowing access to search for limited sites, helps in securing the company information in better way. This also results in managing the employee’s interest by using the company sites for official purpose only. The outcome which is raised through this outcome that employees are more dedicated towards the work and using their free time in bringing innovative ideas at work place. As it is necessary to make changes at the places where they are carrying the work and thus, new and creative ideas are adapted to motivate each other (Murphy, Laczniak and Harris, 2016). Another outcome which is examined is relating to retaining the interest of the employees at workplaceforlongertime,asthisisundertakenthroughcarryingtheeffective communication at work place. By this aspects employees feel more comfortable and flexible regarding sharing any issues which they are facing during attaining any task. I learned that the team work resulting in providing major benefits to the company as marketing is the techniques which the company adapts regarding promoting the business. Thus, it is necessary that employees must be creative and carry unique ideas to attain the task in better way. In such manner I feel that team work is necessary in bringing new ideas in business(Patterson,WilkinsandPainter,2018).Ialsolearnedthattheeffective communication resulting in presenting the ideas in better way. By this aspects, it resulting in building trust among employees and also they can share the ideas freely with the superiors. This solutions are applied in my present working situation through gaining the interest of the employees in right manner. As employees are lack motivated and dedicated towards the work in respect of not getting accurate guidance and also they are less comfortable at workplace(ShahandAmjad,2016).Thus,inrespectofcarryingtheeffective communication resulting in attracting their interest towards the work place for longer way and also they feel the part of the business in respect of taking any actions and decisions.
