of a change management
process is to go with the
older project management
methodologies as well as

It has been found that there
are change management
strategies that are amply
structured on the process by
which changes are
implemented in an
organization. The proper
impact of a change
management process only
becomes applicable when
these processes reflect on all
the possible adjustments and
replacements well sought
according to the business
considerations made
accordingly. This would
affect positively on the
system and the processes in
the same way.
There are business
processes that need to go
through certain amount of
changes within the
organization rather than
progressing with the
traditional process for the
betterment of the
organization itself. The

followed for incorporating
several changes in a
business organization can
be listed as the following:
