SUMMARY
It is essential to learn numerous skills for an individual so as to undertake challenges
within path of overall success. Some essential are such as communication skills, behaviour and
attitude which exists at personal level. All these skills prepare an individual so solve problems
which are faced by them in the path of success. After examining importance of these I made an
analysis document which can assist me in solving problem which may arise in my path. For this I
am required to recognise various trends on the basis on that trends and issues which were faced
by me. These issues may affect prominent changes in technology and market scenarios and there
implications of those skills that I have.
A portfolio is created in which numerous documents are involved which those assistance
I made numerous analysis. This document includes SWOT analysis helped me to examine
various strength and weaknesses which I have and the market opportunities which I can get in
order to eliminate my threat. The skills of interview are required to be enhanced so as to respond
in an enthusiastic manner to an interviewer. In order to be a successful person writing, oral and
communication skills are required to be enhanced. Along with this a CV and cover letter is
prepared in which my personal and other details are enlisted which will help in in further job
interviews. Further effective skills are required to be maintained so as to respond in an effectual
manner to the individual. Presentation skills helped me to present my skills in a very prominent
manner. For this I had developed numerous skills such as informal emails and formal writing by
which I enhanced my skills beyond my character. Besides CV I inculcated family information
and my background information so as to maintain transparency. Along with this I attached cover
letter with CV and other document so as to provide some more information about my aims and
objectives. This report includes numerous concepts such as plagiarism which helped me to avoid
similarity form other’s work and reports. In order to be successful presentation skills are to be
inculcated and enhanced so as to demonstrate my knowledge in a prominent manner.
Furthermore group work helped me to maintain harmony which helped me to work with more
cooperation and togetherness so as to enhance my behaviour and working skills with other
people.

Informal and Formal E-mails:
Effective communication is a very important attribute for any individual to be successful in their
career and achieve the desired relations and milestones. It may be in both written and oral form
of communication skills. Generally, Formal mails are less detailed and are only restricted to
informative sentences written in passive tone whereas contrary to formal mails Informal mails
are descriptive and detailed and are written in active tone. Various sessions available online are
the most convenient way for development of good command on such skills and to better
understand and analyse the difference between active tone and passive tone and use of proper
words in mails. These skills helped me in major way to take edge over others smoothly during
my professional career, as I was able to convey and make others understand my communication
effectively (Song and Bonk, 2016)
SWOT Analysis: -
Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats for both Individual and Organization can be
identified using SWOT Analysis. Once we complete this analysis, we would be in better position
to formulate plan or strategy to overcome our Weakness and Threats with the help of our
Strengths and Opportunities. SWOT analysis can help us in analyzing individual’s competencies
and capabilities so that he can manage the work assigned to him at work place according to
analysis outcome. Therefore, I have conducted this analysis for myself and it came to my notice
that there is need to improve and develop various technical skills related to analysis. In the
similar way, it is recommended for all organizations to undergo SWOT analysis for Strategic
planning and achieving organizational objectives smoothly. (Gürel and Tat, 2017)
Group Work
The form of work consisting of collaboration of number of people together to achieve common
task is termed as Group work. Group work can help individual to improve their Communication
skills, Collaborative skills and generic knowledge. Therefore, for improving my skills and
knowledge I always prefer to go with Group work instead of working individually so that I can
learn new things from people I collaborate with. During my studies, I used to prepare projects

along with my classmates whereas in my professional career I prepare presentations along with
my colleagues, managers and supervisors. It is one of the best way to build up our confidence of
working with number of new individuals. (Greif and Knight, 2016)
Thinking into Character
Thinking into character, are programs and events initiated and conducted to help in
transformation of the students and employees of the organization. Such programs and seminars
are organized by organization to help improving ability to think of targeted individuals to
identify and achieve more meaningful and fruitful goals and targets. Productivity level and
efficiency level of both employees and students can be enhanced improve employability and
taking necessary actions. Considering this, I have enrolled myself for one such program at
University level and it helped me in improving and learning various analytical skills and helped
me in identifying goals, which are most meaningful to me from career perspective. (Ilyas, 2016)
Referencing
In the context of academic writing this aspect is very essential which enable the reader to
determine authentic sources of emergence of idea which is prepared by an individual. A citation
is given of references for the sentences and texts which have been put into the report. This assists
in preparing an assignment from authentic and reliable sources so as to make sure its originality
and adaptability. References are required to be put within each and every assignment. The
references which are cited down are available in different types which can be AVP, Chicago,
Harvard etc. (Pears and Shields, 2019)
Cover letter
Cover letter is the document which is given to the employer along with resume. This is
associated with letter in which introduction is provided by the job applicant. This involves
numerous aspects which are not included within above attached document but having importance
for employer. The major purpose of this letter is to apply for a job within specific opening that is
provided by job recruiter. The attached cover letter with my CV helped me to express my career
objectives by which recruited has observed the same to recruit me for the applied job. (Dunin-
Dudkowska, 2019)

Interview skills
Interview skills are to be prepared by an individual before going for an interview. Preparation
includes accumulation of numerous information regarding the organisation for which interview
is conducted and all the material changes within organisation which is having major impact on
the organisation. This preparation is helpful in enhancing confidence of individual as they are
having proper knowledge regarding business organisation. Furthermore various question are
being asked by interviewer such as own introduction, strengths and weaknesses. For this I
prepared before opting for an interview and this gave me high energy and confidence to reply
those questions which were asked to me. (Stocco and et. al., 2017)
Plagiarism:
Plagiarism is stated as using research and data which was obtained by someone else without
taking their permission for such use. This act is an avoidance of ethics and acts as breach of
moral ethics. This stimulates adverse implication on the reader and impacts the writer too. This
diminishes academic reliability and reduces obtained marks. Due to plagiarism individual may
have to fill fine and penalties. Within my project process I considered this aspect on prominent
level. (Yadav, Rawal and Baxi, 2016)
Academic writing style
Academic writing is also called scholar writing. In this sort of writing information related to
academic perception is portrayed which is gathered from authentic sources. The individual who
is having sound writing skills will bale to get more marks as comparison to the poor one.
Academic graph rises of those students who are having prominent writing skills and are able to
express themselves in a very effective manner. Form my past experiences I have got knowledge
that writing must be impersonal and independent so as to grab attention of various writers and
readers. Besides this grammar punctuations should be perfect and fulfil the level of expectation
by readers. All the facts and figures attached should have an accurate references and citation as
this will render more accuracy and correctness. (Bailey, 2017)

CV writing:
This skill is having written document that is written by an individual so as to provide sum of
education and other background about him or herself and that are highlighted in an appropriate
manner. Further this document includes various awards which are received by the interviewee in
his past tenure along with all the acquired projects and their dates so as to showcase their
capabilities and abilities of their past working and future calibre. With the help of a CV employer
will be able to calculate capabilities of candidates. This will help to take decision about his or her
recruitment. Furthermore they will be able to recognise interest level of those particular
candidates so as to select that whether they are fir for the job or not. CV is helpful in getting the
job and usually basic questions which are asked by an interviewer are based on this only.

Data interpretation
This is explained as the procedure of analysis of data with the purpose of taking out interference.
This is utilised so as to assemble and gather authentic information and infer decision from them.
Data interpretation is required to be performed in an effectual manner so as to make the task
more presentable and attractive. By using this effective results can be carried out within
stipulated time period. I am attending numerous sessions so that to enhance my skills. After
taking several sessions now I am able to interpret the results in a very considerable and accurate
manner. (Bedford, 2018)
Presentation skills:
In order to be successful individual is required to have effective presentation skills which
represent their inner creativity. When individual is having ample knowledge then best and
effective presentation can be prepared by them. Presentation skills help the individual to
demonstrate the acquired knowledge on a given topic with high level of confidence in front of
lecturer or teacher. This skill helps to capture attention of various people and to attentive to the
presentation. Effective presentation includes proper eye contact so as to make clear everything
about the demonstrated topic to audience. Due to lack of confidence during my presentation I
fumbled at some time. (Van Emden and Becker, 2016)
