INTRODUCTION
It is quite essential for a graduate that he or she should possess the higher skills and
knowledge in the respective subject of interest where uh they can use that knowledge to further
evolve their career after their completion of their graduation and subjective courses within the
college (Coleman, 2016). The planning and effective knowledge of the further career activities
makes an individual more striving towards the upcoming opportunities as well as they also gain
the efficient and effective benefits of dost opportunities by having a good start in their career just
right after the completion of their graduation degree.
This report is combined of all the essential knowledge which is required in the ideal job
which I personally intent to experience in the upcoming cause of my career. Along with that it
also emphasize on the resources as well as on their manners in which day can be examine and
practiced in order to find out the best and most appropriate job within the ideal sector. The
position of job will be evaluated by me through looking upon the basic elements as well as
considering all the reasons that are relative to that position and the major reasons why choose
that why I selected the specific job position. In this context it can be clearly identified that the
job which was selected by me and explored in this report is acknowledged as the sales manager
who has the responsibility to manage the whole corporate team.
MY IDEAL JOB
Overview of ideal job
It is quite necessary for the individual to first choose the right course of work and the job
where he or she can find themselves as most effective and productive to see the visible outcomes
from their activities (Luo, 2019). This evaluation after the studies helps to a large extent to do the
proper planning of job selection and further it will also state the steps and basic questions which
are needed to be taken into account by the individual for seeking entry into the ideal professional
or job. Also, it helps in effectively assessing the upcoming challenges and barriers in the job
practice within the professional context. It can be clearly said that currently I really do not have
proper and most suitable knowledge for the ideal job of mine which I think can be pursued in in
near future. I have attended a number of corporate workshops and I also attended the internship
programs in various reputed organisations and career growing institutes. Along with that I can
also state that this selection of the ideal job is completed as I realise and did my self-assessment I

think the job of a manager in a corporate body will be the most appropriate and ideal job for me.
As I am deeply studying the dynamics of sales and I think I am comfortable and become more
productive in the sales department so I reach to the conclusion that somewhere I should start my
career with the ideal job of a sales manager in a well renowned organisation of the country
Why interested in this job?
As far as I can say that the prerequisite for any particular job is that one must possess the
required skills and tactics to complete the basic stuff in that job and along with that for a job in
management of anything one must have to be efficient in managing of all the resources and
people within the confines of his or her work. As I completed my graduation degree I thoroughly
started studying the management practices and the efficient principles to collect the old due
information that can enhance my knowledge of managing in the sales and that will also add an
extensive part of potential in my growth and career. This is so in light of the fact that I possess
solid interaction abilities which go about as key to successfully dealing with the sales group and
conveying to them the routes through which the customer buying conduct can be tapped by the
individuals from the group (Coleman, 2016). Further, my solid capacity of influence would
permit me to set powerful communication and in this manner prepare the individuals working
under my direction with a similar expertise.
I am interested in the job position of sales manager as this position always affected me in
a positive way and I also studied the strengths and drawbacks which can be used in the principles
of sale while being in any organisation to directly interact with the customers as well as with all
of stakeholders to comprehensively enhance the sale graph. This has always attracted me towards
this domain of corporate life.
Where to work and the reason why
As I always wanted to work in a corporate environment with the views of attaining higher
objectives and grabbing the existing opportunities in such a manner that I can accomplish
personal and professional development goals. This will enable me to participate and contribute in
the success of the company resulting in the most effective growth of my career. There are too
many companies within the country which have always intensified the fresh talent and adapted
newer trends for work culture (Gurden, 2016). It would be much beneficial for my personal as
well as professional career that I would choose any reputed firm or multinational organisation in
the confines of London, United Kingdom. This city is the capital of UK which attracts a large

location will also aid me in securing the position in the high society culture as well as I will also
