This qualitative study explores the impact of positive psychology on human behaviour, including character strengths, affirmative emotions, and productive institutions. The study aims to assess the impact of positive psychology research on character and traits of human behaviour, and the importance of understanding the causes and consequences of well-being. The study uses primary qualitative research methods, including interviews, and secondary sources such as peer-reviewed articles and scholarly journals. Thematic analysis and data triangulation techniques will be used to analyse the data.
