1.1 Explain why positive relationships with children and young people are
important and how these are built and maintained
According to my analysis, a positive relationship are essential for children. They promote
development, self esteem and also independence. Through it children will feel secured and
confident and will able to share thoughts with young one or adults, that may help them to trust
their won decision. As per theory of Maslow's the factors such as feeling wanted and important,
safety and security and also affirmative bonds are the base of children development. The positive
relationship are established through numerous of interventions and approaches. My approach and
intervention should highly aims on providing comfort and reassuring kids and young as per their
need. It is also induced through communicating and also being responsive as well as respecting
the likes and dislikes of child's demands. Praising and motivating good behaviour, progress are
also key element of establishment of positive relationship. In order to make this sustain, one
should adapt their behaviour to the children's mood, preference, requirements as well as
condition. (Heerde and Pallotta-Chiarolli, 2020)

My skills are adaptive in nature and I can mould my own personality according to the situation
and condition in which I am into. I feel that I actively listen as well as apply coding and decoding
skills to child engagement that helped me to make and establish trustable relationship with
children. I am also aware in regards with my body language, also the respect and dignity with my
approach and also respect towards the input and ideas which comes from kids. As per the theory,
only listening to the kids is not a task also responding them with a same attitude, behaviour and
approach may help in building comfort and confidence to speak.(Anierobi and Unachukwu, 2020)
1.3 Evaluate own effectiveness in building relationships with children or
young people
I consider myself, I am eligible to establish a positive relationship with young kids and toddlers.
With toddlers, making an eye contact within child's standard, being calm, polite and friendly
towards them, showing care and concern when require can able to form a positive relationship and
also I can easily indulge with children by friendly behaviour and fun folic approach. In the case of
toddlers, they require a comfort, time, showing interest in their capabilities and new self developed
skills, motivating and encouraging and playing with them whilst attempting to form unique
relation that will be beneficial for kids to consider me as an individual who care for them. As with
toddlers, motherly approaches are required which involve comfort by physical contact. Having
conversation in a gentle behaviour and also making them interaction while they are playing
activities. In young kids, listening to their hobbies and interest can help to attain pure bond with
them. (Heerde and Pallotta-Chiarolli, 2020)

The positive relationship are mandatory due to its benefits. It allows both participant to share
personal information in terms of education of children and health factor of kids. In the
establishment of positive relationship with kids, the communication is a key that may allow
numerous caregivers, agencies as well as schools to clear communication barrier and can
transform the accurate and exact information. Hence it nay also, allow a children care to be
constant, recognise needs and demands of children, monitoring the child progress and also the
views as well as ideas that can be in regards with young child. It can also reflects the shows that
professionals as well as carers that are mostly alike working in regards with development as well
as health of children. The positive relationship may also helpful in establishment positive and
healthy environment. Where each kid gets its won space, time and comfort and able to reach their
teachers as when it s required or if they need any assistance. Studies also concluded that a positive
environment can push development and progress of kids. It help in building self esteem and self
acceptance within the behaviour of kids and also help them communicate and coordinate along
with their mentor. (Engelmann, Herrmann and Tomasello, 2018)
2.2 Demonstrate how to build positive relationships with people involved
in the care of children and young people
In order to pressure the maintained healthy and positive relationship by whole parties care and
concerned in regards with the major development and also demands of each kid that should be
determined invited as well as to comment, suggest, advice and also transfer to formulate the plan
for the sudden and spontaneous requirements as well as for demands that can arise in future. The
ways hat can concluded as on line sharing information through communication, telephonic
meeting, physical meetings, hand written report and so on. Sharing as well as maintaining the
records of child development are meant to fulfil all needs of kids. As the parents can able to
attain the valuable information in regards with their kids, making coordination with them is
