The main purpose of conducting this study is to develop understanding about air ticket reservation system, so that consumers can reserve their airline ticket easily by using web sites. It is different process as compare to online transaction system. After conformation of ticket payment is done by passengers. This also gives facility to the consumers to track their reservation by using log in name and password. If individual wants to cancel their ticket then this online reservation system provides such facility to the customers.
