Vision and Mission
The vision of the Simpsons
restaurant refers with the bringing
plant based foods to the society as
the wiser, healthier, more peaceful
and with sustainable solution to the
crises of heath related with humans
and with beautiful planet.
The mission is serving people
loving the food to food loving
people. The mission is
accompanied by serving
nourishing and healthy food which
strengthen the body, eliminates
negative mood.
Objectives
The objective of Simpson lies
with catering the needs and wants
of the customers which leads with
deriving of customer satisfaction
and thus leads with spreading of
positive word of mouth which in
turn builds with customer first
priority.
SWOT
Strength- The strength lies with high quality customised food being offered to the customers which
increases with customer retention. It lies with the taste which suits with the customer and which helps
in customer to visit again and again. It lies with ingredients which are being derived naturally from
farms that maintains with its purity and freshness.
Weakness – It lies with restaurants not having its online presence whereby it is being hard for the
customer to find its presence and where they lack with having online deliveries where the company
fails to serve with customer satisfaction (Niederle, Schubert, 2020).
Opportunity – This implies with having the technological advancement which leads with getting
various valuable insights about the needs and wants of the customers which can be fulfilled with
effective means and implies with earning high sales revenue.
Threat- It lies with competitors who can any- day come up with strategies and policies which harms
with the significant position and leads with loss of competitive business advantage.
4 P'S
Product – The product offered by the Simpson is being based upon the health
vegan food dishes where all starters, main course and deserts will be served
which is being unique in nature, this will be in accordance with that of
customer needs and wants.
Place – The stores and outlets will be located near to the city which makes it
at ease and convenience to the customer to avail its goods and services
(Cagnina, Cicero, Ostia 2017).
Price – it is being implied as penetration pricing where the prices will be set
initially at low level to get more customer and then will be increased in
accordance with existing customers.
Promotion – The restaurant plans to use various social media platform to
reach to the large customer which is highly cost saving and time saving as
well.
CONCLUSION
From the above poster it is being
concluded that for running a Vegan
restaurant, it is being required to take lot of
things in consideration to attract the
customer. It has briefed with mission,
vision, objective, SWOT and 4 P, s of the
restaurant.
