For example, Apple is the world's most trusted brand because ofSteve Jobs, as he was a democratic leader.Less effective style: this style is less effective than democratic style, with the help or theirexperience and knowledge higher authorities or management team takes decision withoutinvolving the views or ideas of their employees. Workers feels neglected and demotivated in thistype of style. For example, Russia. In Russia the leadership style followed by their leaders isautocratic as they do not take any ideas, suggestions, etc. from their citizens and forces theirpeople to follow them (Dong and et.al, 2017) . Q.2) Leadership style to lead the Game and its characteristicsIf I will lead the game then I will choose the paternalistic leadership style. In this type ofstyle, leader acts as a father who takes care of their co workers or players. Complete concern isprovided by the leader and he receives complete loyalty and trust in return. Players are totallycommitted to their leader and also believes in their decisions. There is a solid relationshipbetween leader and their subordinates (Delaney and et.al, 2017) . Due to trust and loyalty,subordinates stays with the leaders for longer time. All the members and leaders treats each otheras a family.Q.3) Potential impact of two strategic decisions taken by the travel agency to increase their saleTo increase the sales of their organizations i.e. Cognus tours and travels they haveselected two types of strategies. The strategies are increasing marketing and expand theirdistribution channel. If the cited firm focuses on increment in marketing than it will be verybeneficial for them. They can prefer online marketing which is very effective in present time, butit will require a lot of money to promote their brand.
